By far the best protein zero added sugar recipie I’ve had so far😋🤎🍞💕

INGREDIENTS:
Bread:
* 3 ripe bananas (300 g)
* 1¼ cups flour (150 g)
* 60 g vanilla protein powder
* ½ cup soy milk (120 mL)
* 2 tbsp melted coconut oil (28 g)
* 1 tbsp maple syrup (15 g)
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1 tsp baking powder
* ½ tsp baking soda
* ¼ tsp salt
* ½ cup chocolate chips (80 g)
* ¼ cup chopped candied pecans (25–30 g)

Frosting:
* ½ cup vanilla cashew yogurt (120 g)
* ½ tsp vanilla extract
* Pinch of cinnamon
* 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan.
2. Mash bananas and mix with coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and soy milk.
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
4. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
5. Fold in most of the chocolate chips and candied pecans, saving some for topping.
6. Transfer batter to loaf pan and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and pecans on top.
7. Bake for 50–60 minutes, until the center is fully cooked and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
8. Allow to cool completely.
9. Mix frosting ingredients until creamy, spread over cooled bread, and enjoy!
