Three and a half years in, Dave is still absolutely loving life at Alkimos 💙

The beach close by, a tight community, great wildlife, amenities on the doorstep and Perth less than an hour away. Watch Dave share why Alkimos made up his mind and never looked back.

Longer days are back and life at Alkimos Beach moves outdoors 🩷

Early walks along the coast, afternoons in the park and evening sunsets. Spring is when this community really comes into its own.

Something exciting is brewing at Alkimos Vista ☕

Over the past few months, Wonder Coffee Van has been serving up great coffee and friendly faces at Picasso Park. While this weekend marked their final day with us, we're excited to share that a new operator has been selected for the former Sprout Hub space, with our much-loved venue expected to reopen in late October.

From fantastic coffee and delicious refreshments to new community experiences, there's plenty to look forward to.

Stay tuned for more details as we share updates on the renovation, sneak peeks of the menu and details of the opening celebration by @alkimos.beach

At Alkimos Vista, young professionals are doing exactly that. A train connecting them to the CBD for work and pristine Alkimos Beach minutes away for everything else. Green space, great parks and a community that makes the everyday feel like something worth coming home to.

The afternoon began with a Welcome to Country and smoking ceremony, followed by stories around the fire pit, damper and kangaroo stew, traditional face painting, cultural activities and the chance to explore Land By The Ocean, a beautiful celebration of First Nations stories and culture.
