La dolce vita.. 🇮🇹 by @allanw_

The trenches reward preparation, not just talent

You’re either prepared for the demands of the game - or you’re not

When the fourth quarter hits, the work you’ve put in is the only thing that shows

Dominate when everyone else is fading

Do what you love.. love what you do. by @allanw_

The secret to arm strength isn’t in your shoulder—it’s in your ability to produce force

Rotational power wins. Train to produce more force, rotate faster, and build a body that can handle thousands of throws. Strength + speed + durability = a better quarterback.

Core training for athletes - it’s more than planks and situps

Yes, rotation is part of most human movement — but great athletes aren’t just moving, they’re also resisting movement. Train the ability to control and resist forces in all planes, not just go with them. Stability is strength

Here are a few variations we use with our athletes to challenge their ability to resist rotation

Rear Foot Elevated Water Ball Chop - teaches an athlete how to quickly resist rotation dynamically in a split stance position

Pushup Position Plank w/ Chain Pullthrough - the rapid pull of the chain requires the athlete’s trunk to resist rotation in a closed chain position

Wide Stance Cable Rotation - requires the athlete to maintain a stable midsection while their extremities are moving

Deadbug w/ Cable Anti Rotation - requires the athlete to resist extension of the lower back and rotation while creating movement with their lower body

Partner PVC Anti Rotation - trains anti rotation in a more reactive, high force environment
