Grey blending is about progression, not perfection. And I wish more women understood this. You don’t have to embrace every grey overnight. You also don’t have to spend the rest of your life chasing a harsh root line every 4 weeks. There’s a beautiful in-between. Grey blending is a journey. Sometimes it takes multiple appointments, adjusting your color along the way, and learning to work with your natural hair instead of against it. The goal isn’t perfection at every appointment. It’s creating something softer, more dimensional, and easier to maintain over time. Less chasing your roots. More loving your hair.#greyblending by @allisonlynnflynn

The difference between good blonde and REALLY good blonde? It’s in the details. πŸ‘€ Especially around your face. It’s not about adding more blonde, it’s about placing brightness in all the right spots for that effortless, expensive-looking color. 🀍 by @allisonlynnflynn
