thankful for everyone who sits on my couch, carries my kids, sends me funny reels, listens to my voice messages, loves me when I don’t deserve it by @allisontaylorlipe

“and when you feel alone, love is never far”
in full transparency, I don’t have much to say about playing Ladybug but i do have a lot to say about the people i got to do this show with & the story that we told together. this show reminded me that home was never four walls. it’s not a place…it’s the people i love.
to everyone who showed me that love even on my hardest days - i’ll never forget it.
thank you @sc_childrenstheatre for giving me a place I’ll always belong. i loved being your Ladybug 🐞

popped up to the city for a second by @allisontaylorlipe

It’s closing weekend for Elephant & Piggie at @sc_childrenstheatre 🐷🐘 By the end of this weekend we’ll have had a grand total of 22 performances. More than any show I’ve ever done! This story has meant so much to me and came to me at such a crucial time in my life. I’m beyond grateful to the women who gave me this opportunity - @pegtreck & @trmarlatt - and for every single cast, crew, and production team member who made this experience SO magical. Performing a show almost 30 weeks pregnant was not on my bucket list (and I did shed tears several times) BUT I’m actually really proud of myself that I freaking did it. Piggie has reminded me to keep laughing loud, dancing through life, and to always be true to myself.

5 more shows of swimmy-fancy-costume-dancey, lucky-ducky, toy-breaking craziness.🤍 i’m sure that we’ll be friends even after it ends.

time, mystical time 🌙 2 days away from another lap around the sun & i haven’t stopped feeling really, truly, overwhelmingly grateful to be alive.
life’s rarely what you think it will be but it’s always beautiful, somehow. in the mess, in the 2am cries in the blanket fort, in the morning waffle house run. in the k3 pick-up line and in the arcade with your little brother. in the smiles shared with strangers. in crashing out with your best friend, in holding a newborn baby, in the little red bird house outside the window.

grateful for all of it and grateful to be here, experiencing it, with people i adore. thanks for a wonderful birthday celebration, amigos 🤎 by @allisontaylorlipe
