Ansley Park’s tree-lined streets have been winding since 1904, and on Polo Drive they lead somewhere special.

This home was built by a developer with the care of a home for his own family, from the masonry out front to the marble in the kitchen. A library, fireplaces anchoring rooms throughout, a wine cellar, a koi pond, pool and hot tub with a gorgeous waterfall feature.

See it for yourself next week.

Our thoughts? The current real estate market requires thought, trust, strategy and patience.

Sellers are motivated and ready to play ball. Buyers are serious but need to see real value with their focus locked on current rates and weak economic factors.

Is it a good time to buy/sell?
It depends on your very specific situation.

Are we happy to look at your situation and give you our honest opinion? Yes, always.

Roses and hydrangeas walk you to the door. Inside, light pours through oversized windows across dark barn wood floors.

Fully renovated and four-sided brick, this King Springs ranch pairs deep blue accents with a bright white kitchen, a built-in banquette made for long dinners, and a primary suite with a frameless marble accented shower.

Beyond the kitchen, a rebuilt and expanded deck steps easily down to a completely reimagined yard, private, fenced, and shaded by mature trees, with a waterproofed basement below for storage and peace of mind.

And then there’s the neighborhood: Saturday mornings at Rev Coffee, Sunday markets and summer concerts on the Village Green, sandwiches at Muss & Turner’s before slipping through the back door into Eleanor’s, miles of the Silver Comet Trail, and game nights at The Battery, all just minutes from home in the Jonquil City.

The city fades the moment you turn in. Old brick, older trees, and a kind of quiet Buckhead rarely keeps for itself.

At Tara Townhouses, a hidden collection of just 50 classic residences, this end unit is the community’s largest floor plan rising three levels above the wooded grounds of The Westminster Schools, with a covered terrace made for slow mornings and cozy large rooms throughout.

✨✅ 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝, 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝!

What do these three have in common? Our buyers preferred to sell their current home before closing on their next one. Once they found their next home, we included a home sale contingency in their contracts and navigated it with the expertise our clients expect.

In some markets, a home sale contingency can be a tough ask. But in today’s market, sellers are motivated and more willing to come to the table and negotiate. In these cases, the sellers were not only willing but happy to accept that condition, and it created a smooth path for everyone involved.

If you’ve been holding off because you’re not sure how to buy and sell at the same time, this is your sign. It’s more doable right now than you might think, and we’d love to help you map it out!

These three transactions can be attributed to some skilled co-op agents!

😮‍💨🔥 New in Copenhill Lofts | A Remarkably Combined Two-Story Loft with Skyline Views

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝟐𝟑 | 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 $𝟗𝟓𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎

There’s a moment, just as the sun drops behind the city, when the walls at Copenhill Lofts seem to disappear. Two stories of glass, and nothing between you and the Atlanta skyline but the evening light turning gold, then violet, then a thousand glittering windows.

This home began as two residences and became one, shaped by architect Dennis Hertlein and finished by designer Knox Clayton into something that feels less like a loft and more like a private gallery suspended above the city.

The ceilings soar, the rooms breathe, and dinner parties here have a way of lingering long after the last course. Guests settle into their own suite on the main level, while the entire upper floor belongs to you alone, a primary retreat where you wake to the skyline and end the day in a shower that looks out over the lights of town. Four parking spaces and two private storage units mean the rarest intown luxury of all: room for everything, and everyone. Step outside and the BeltLine carries you to Ponce City Market, Fourth Ward Park, and the easy charm of Inman Park. Inside, it’s all yours, and the city has never looked quite so beautiful.

🏡🤩 New in Buckhead’s Sought After Margaret Mitchell | A Hidden Oversized Gem Where the City Falls Away

𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬, 𝐧𝐨. 𝟒𝟎 | 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 $𝟔𝟎𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎

Some places in Buckhead feel like they’ve been keeping a secret. Tara Townhouses is one of them. Just fifty brick homes tucked beneath old trees, where the city seems to fall away the moment you turn in, and the loudest thing on a weekday afternoon is the wind moving through the woods of Westminster.

This is the largest home in the enclave, and it carries itself that way. You step into a foyer that rises two stories, a staircase curving overhead, and the light follows you back to a living room that opens onto a covered terrace beneath a striped awning. It’s the kind of spot where morning coffee turns into an hour, where evenings stretch long with a glass of wine and nothing but trees in view.

Upstairs, two bedrooms each keep their own private bath, and below, a finished terrace level waits for whatever comes next, a library, a studio, a quiet place to disappear into a film.

Lovingly kept and full of promise, it’s a home ready to be enjoyed now and imagined anew, just minutes from Morris Brandon, Westminster, and everything that makes Buckhead and Midtown feel like home.

👉🏻 Meet Garrett Odom! @garrettodom.atlanta

Born and raised in Georgia, Garrett naturally embodies a level of expertise in the markets he serves. He graduated from Kennesaw State University with a BBA in Marketing, which amplifies the skillset he provides as he guides clients.

Before real estate, he honed his craft of white-glove and world-class customer service working for Atlanta’s own Delta Air Lines. His unique background creates an unparalleled level of service and commitment that continues to shape how he serves his clients.

Garrett began his real estate career after recognizing how much he loved everything about the idea of “home” and what it inspires in each client: the design, the possibilities, and the feeling. Understanding that connection and how it shapes each client’s real estate journey became a motivating factor in how he approaches this business.

Joining the Ally + Seth Team was a natural progression as it gave him the opportunity to grow alongside a team that shares his commitment and vision for thoughtful, personal, and expert-level service that he has become known for.

Outside of work, that love of home continues through DIY projects, antique finds, and seasonal decorating. Whether he’s refreshing his own space or helping a client prepare for a move, Garrett brings creativity, care, and the belief that luxury is a level of service, not a price point. by @ally.seth.atlanta
