POSTS STORIES REELS

October in Kansas City = mentally ready for sweaters and ALL the layers, but physically still sweating.

Enter one of my favorite fall outfit formulas: longer shorts + tall boots + a sweater vest. All the fall vibes without actually dressing for fall temperatures.

And because we’re not giving up on layering, we’re just letting the accessories do the heavy lifting for now. 😉

The forecast may not be cooperating, but that’s not stopping me from dressing for the season.

Comment FALL and I’ll send you links to everything I’m wearing! 🤎

Fall weekend getaways. College football. Tailgating with lifelong friends. Laughing a lot. And realizing you wouldn’t actually rewind the clock even if you could.

I don’t want to be 25 again. I just want the women who are 25 now to know there is so much good stuff ahead.

The game may not have gone our way, but a day in Iowa with friends we’ve loved for decades? Still feels like a pretty big win.

And yes, I wore the crop top.😏🖤💛

Turns out, I don’t want a smaller life as I get older. I want more of the things that make me feel like ME.

Getting dressed. Getting stronger. Taking the trip. Growing the flowers. Sitting around a mahjong table. Doing work I love. Showing up for my people.

Not perfectly. Not all at once. And preferably in a really cute outfit. 😂

And sometimes? Doing absolutely nothing at all. Because that counts too. 🤍

So if you’re into personal style, getting stronger, trying new things + making a really full life a really fun one… stick around.

We’re doing the things over here. 🤍

Consider this your reminder that red is basically a neutral.♥️

These wide-leg pants are definitely an investment, but they’re also exactly the kind of piece I’m willing to spend more on: incredible fit, endlessly styleable + something I reach for over and over.

Cost per wear, people. 😂

Color + layers + a little unexpected = way more fun.

Comment RED if you want the links.

I’m all for a good deal, but I’m even more interested in buying quality pieces I’ll actually wear for years…and these deliver.

These are 4 pairs I already own, genuinely love, and would invest in all over again — which is why I had to tell you while they’re on sale!

Comment SHOES and I’ll send you the links to all four.⬇️

Turns out one of the perks of getting older is caring a whole lot less whether everyone else gets the outfit.

Wear the color. Mix the unexpected. Get dressed for YOU.
It’s way more fun over here.

Who else has gotten more adventurous with their style as they’ve gotten older?

Currently loving unexpected color combinations that still feel like fall — including this one with a little Victory Monday red.♥️

Also featuring my current afternoon personality: pumpkin spice protein iced coffee.🤤

And because I know someone will ask — comment OUTFIT for what I’m wearing or COFFEE for the pumpkin spice protein details.🤍

Chartreuse has me in an absolute CHOKEHOLD this fall.💚

…and apparently these shorts do too because I just ordered the exact. same. pair. in PANTS.🙃

And before you tell me it’s hard to wear, hear me out. This color is way more versatile than you might think — red, burgundy, royal purple, lavender, chocolate brown… it plays surprisingly well with all of them.

Honestly it might be the perfect transitional color — feels like fall without requiring fall weather, which is exactly what I need right now.

Are we into the chartreuse or is this one a hard pass for you? 👇🏼

Max Week isn’t about being the strongest woman in the room. (Trust me, I’m not. 😂)

It’s about finding out I’m stronger than I was before.

This is my first Max Week at @alphacollectivestudio and even though I’ve only been here since late last spring, seeing just how much stronger I’ve already gotten is pretty freaking cool.

Turns out getting older doesn’t mean we stop getting stronger — especially when we surround ourselves with people who make us want to keep showing up. 💪🏼

So grateful for the coaches, programming + incredible humans here who make doing the work this much more fun. 🤍

Show up. Do the work. Repeat.

Back to school for them. Back to cool for Mom. 😎

We spent weeks getting everyone else ready… I say moms deserve a first-day fit too. 😂

But more importantly….HOW WE DOING, MAMAS?! Are we celebrating the return to routine? Sobbing because another summer flew by? Standing in the kitchen wondering how they got this big?

Or somehow… all of the above? 🙋🏻‍♀️

And because a cute outfit never hurts the transition 😉comment COOL and I’ll send you the links to everything I’m wearing.
