Riverside Studio! I'm excited to bring you some fun things this month! ☕️First let's start by welcoming back the Coffee Clinic. We'll be selling their bottled coffee for 11/9 - 11/14. Perfect for grabbing your caffeine fix after class! 📚Next Up we have our first and only Book Club! While this isn't a regular thing, I have been wanting to re read the Caged Lion by John Howard Steel. You don't have to be an instructor to appreciate this book as it has less to do with the Pilates Method and more about the controversial man who created it and his legacy. It's super fascinating and will probably shock you at some points. It's free to join, just send me a DM to join our IG group chat! New to the studio? ✨Beginners are always welcome! I love introducing people to Pilates and especially in a small setting where I can really understand what your body can do! #riversideca #latinaownedbusiness #pilatesriversideca #almapilatesyoga by @almapilatesyoga

Moreno Valley! We are so excited to bring the APY experience to you!

Registration opened Tuesday and were already getting so much love for our early morning classes! We have early morning, mid morning and afternoon classes ready for you to book your spot!

Why semi-private Pilates?
Because we believe you shouldn't have to choose between personalized attention, corrections and the energy of a community.

Our semi-private classes are limited to just 5 people, giving our instructors the opportunity to get to know you, understand your needs, and help you progress while still enjoying the connection and encouragement of moving together. It's personal attention with a community feel!

To our Moval clients that have been driving to Riverside for our classes, Thank You! We've worked really hard the last few months to bring you a place close to home and we wouldn't have it any other way!

See you all in November!!!

Things I need you to hear ✨

These are all the things I worked hard to change about how I thought when I started Pilates.

If I didn't get an exercise right the first time, then I’m out of shape and did “bad”
- when really I'm still learning, and my body needs more time to strengthen and figure out where I need to work from.

If an instructor complimented me, she must just be saying it because she has to.
- No, babe, we really mean it because progress, no matter how small, should still be celebrated.

I can seriously go on and on about the more negative thought patterns that ran through my brain when I first started Pilates and wasn't a pro on the first day. #perfectionist

But don't worry, while we encourage you to try something more challenging or correct your form to make it harder, we aren't grading you. We encourage you to be curious about what your body can do!

Moreno Valley ✨ meet the Tower, Chair, and Reformer, and of course, the Mat✨

I get this question almost every day
“What kind of Pilates is it? Mat or reformer?”

I love explaining that Pilates is a method, and it includes so many pieces of equipment. It's like going to a gym that has a variety of equipment. Well, we have my favorite pieces of equipment! 😍

We also have good news!

The countdown is officially on, as we are set to start our soft launch of classes on November 9th, followed by our open house on November 14th!

How do you sign up for classes? Through our app or website! Our November schedule for both studios will be open Tuesday, October 20th at 6am.

Also, we'll have a team of instructors you'll love!
Why do all of this? Why expand?
To bring you the most comprehensive, intentional, and individualized experience, and in a place that makes it easier for my Moval and Perris clients to get to!

We’ve built such a phenomenal client base in Riverside, and I can already tell Moval will be just as amazing!

Is this the last month of Riverside being the only child? 👀
That’s the goal! While our Moreno Valley studio is undergoing renovations and inspections, we have some fun things in store for our Riverside community. 💛

Haven’t joined us yet? Now is the perfect time!

Head over to almapilatesyoga.com to sign up for a single drop-in class or check out one of our hybrid class packages.

✨ But what does “hybrid” mean?

Our hybrid packages give you more than just in-studio class credits. You’ll also get access to our on-demand library, so you can take your practice beyond the studio and onto your mat, whenever and wherever works for you.

We’re proud to be the first and only studio in the Inland Empire offering this added service to our clients, because we want you to feel supported, empowered, and set up for success both inside and outside the studio. 🧘‍♀️✨

Come practice with us, Riverside. We can’t wait to see you on the mat! 🤍 #riversidecalifornia #morenovalley #pilateslatina #latinapilates by @almapilatesyoga
