POSTS STORIES REELS

Somehow this turned into my little corner of the internet, where I talk about the real estate market & the things that make the Main Line feel like home. Want weekends plans?… I’m your girl. Want to know who makes the best chicken Caesar wrap?.. I got you! And if you just so happen to be making a move, I’d be very lucky to help you find your place here, too. 🤍 by @alongthemainline

I asked what you buy at the farmers market every week…The thing your family would mourn if you didn’t have it on hand.

Here were your top 5:

1. Party Dogs (Country Twist), The clear winner! At least 25 mentions. By far the biggest crowd fav. 🌭

2. Chocolate-Covered Pretzels (Nancy’s Candy Corner), Especially the chocolate sea salt caramel pretzels. 🍫

3. Mini Donuts (Sunnyside), This is my go to soccer snack mom treat 🍩

4. Chicken Salad (Country View Barbeque), they have 3 kinds.. my fav is the white meat! 🐓

5. Sourdough Bread (D’Innocenzo’s), I still have to try this one! 🍞

Over 100 of you answered 🤯

So I took matters into my own hands & compiled it all in one list for you. Every pick, plus where to find it, before you make your list this week!

Comment MARKET & I’ll send you the full list 💃🏼

Ps. Send this to the person you’ll split a country twist pretzel with 🥨 by @alongthemainline

For the first time in my adult life, I have a car that fits in the garage.. what a gift!! by @alongthemainline

Davey spooky season 2026 👻 by @alongthemainline

Well, this was a fun little piece of news to get this week. 🥹

Ilana and I found out we’re officially one of the TOP 3 SMALL TEAMS IN PENNSYLVANIA for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices!

Five years into this business and I could never have imagined we’d be here.

And the part that makes me the proudest is its just been the two of us selling…just my sister and me. There’s nobody I’d rather be building this with than my fam 🤎

But none of this could have ever been possible without YOU! The referrals, the shares, the kind words, the trust, and this incredible community we’ve built in our little corner of the internet. I hope you know how much it all means to us.

So proud of where we’ve landed & even more excited about what’s to come… mom hang this one up on the fridge!!!!

We’ve only just begun, my sis. 🥂 by @alongthemainline

Happy Halloweekend!! 🎃🍬👻

Whether you’re out trick-or-treating with little ones, hosting friends, or in the phase of life where you’re staying home and handing out candy, I hope your weekend is filled with your favorite candy, your drink of choice, & all the nostalgia that comes with this time of year. 🧡

📍Wayne, Pennsylvania

New to market: A 1900 South Wayne beauty with all the charm you’d hope for in an old Main Line home and some seriously fabulous updates. Almost an acre of gorgeous grounds, a wraparound porch, views out of every window that look like watercolor paintings, and just a hop, skip & a jump from coffee, dinner, drinks and everything downtown Wayne has to offer.

6 beds | 0.84 acres | 3-car carriage house
Comment “WAYNE” for more info! 🤎

📍Newtown Square, Pennsylvania

In this business I see a lot of houses. Some are absolutely beautiful, but the floor plans just don’t make sense to me. Others have incredible layouts but don’t necessarily have that wow factor. And then every once in a while, I walk into a house that just gets it right!

This is one of those houses. 🤎

It’s grand, there’s no question about that. But what I love most is that it genuinely feels like a home! The floor plan is one of my favorites. It’s elegant without feeling stuffy & spacious without feeling overwhelming… an every day living kind of home!

There are beautiful formal spaces for holidays and entertaining, but also the everyday spaces where the day to day happens. A light filled kitchen that opens right into the family room, TWO dedicated home offices, a mudroom that actually functions as a mudroom and a third-floor suite that’s perfect for guests.

And then there’s the setting 🤩 1.37 acres adjacent to protected Brandywine Conservancy land. The kind of privacy and views that you just don’t get every day!

6 bedrooms, 4 full & 2 half baths, a 4-car garage

Listed by my sweet friends, Marybeth Bowman & Susan Blumenthal, BHHS 🤎

For the full listing comment “Harrison” & I’ll send it your way 💃🏼 by @alongthemainline

Consider this the Seller advice I’d give you after a glass of wine, when we’re past the polished listing presentation and into the stuff I actually want you to know. 😂

I really believe the more prepared you are, the better this whole process feels. I’ll tell you where I think your money is best spent, what’s worth your time, and what you can absolutely skip. Because preparing your home to sell isn’t about doing everything....it’s about doing the right things!

Selling a home is a BIG deal. And sometimes my job is to tell you the things you might not want to hear, because my hope is to get you the very best outcome.

If you’re thinking about selling along the Main Line, this spring or someday…save this one!

& send it to the person you’d be making these decisions with, because a lot of these conversations are better to have before you find your next spot. 🤎 by @alongthemainline

When my sister found out she was getting a baby sister, she allegedly screamed and cried. But the second I arrived, it was love at first sight...and we’ve been inseparable ever since🥹🤍

Growing up 7 years apart meant we never went to school together or shared clothes (while she served in Juicy Couture tracksuits, I was in Disney princess costumes). But we did fight about other things...like me spying on her playing Nintendo 64 with her crushes in the basement 🎮

Back then, her acting like a "second mom" drove me insane... but looking back, I just wanted to follow in her exact footsteps. I looked up to her in literally every way.

So when I was completely miserable in my old job and she jokingly (or so I thought 👀) said I should get my real estate license, I listened. She stayed on me, pushed me, and believed in me until I actually did it.

Fast forward a year and a half and we're really doing this thing. Sisters and teammates in real estate in Philly & Along the Main Line, and I have to pinch myself daily. None of this would be possible without her infinite patience as she’s helped me build my book of business. We get to go to the office, crack our stupid inside jokes, and then randomly look at each other and say "Diet Coke run"...which inevitably leads to me coming back to her house to play with her kids under the pretense of "killing time during rush hour so I can leave later to get back to the city" (it normally just ends with me sleeping over anyway).

It barely feels like work because we're having the absolute time of our lives.

I will say... I still take personal offense when people ask which one of us is the older sister (Botox has helped 💉😂) But at the end of the day, I just feel like the luckiest girl in the world to call her my sister.

Happy (almost) Birthday to my mentor, business partner, and built-in best friend 🥂🍾✨🎂 by @alongthemainline

The Weekend Roundup is here a little earlier than usual because, in a shocking turn of events, we actually have plans this weekend 😂

I turn 35 on Saturday, which feels completely insane considering I still feel 16.

As I “age”, I’m not one who dreads birthdays, and I don’t think I ever will. Another year to wake up with the people I love and do the work I genuinely love.

But birthdays are funny as you get older.

Growing up, everyone knew it was your birthday. Your parents made a big deal. Your friends made a big deal. Your teacher made a big deal. Then I became a teacher and it continued... my name on the morning announcements, 30 kids acting like it was a national holiday, and me absolutely using “IT IS MY BIRTHDAY” as leverage for good classroom behavior.

And then one day you’re a grown-up and nobody knows! You just walk around living a perfectly normal day harboring a little secret.

I realized I don’t love birthdays because of gifts or parties or big plans. There’s just something really sweet about people knowing it’s your special day.

My dad had a big birthday last year and told me he’d actually mentioned it to a few people at work. He said it felt weird to tell people, but also, if someone else were walking around the office having a big birthday and he didn’t know, he’d feel terrible. I loved that...go dad!!

So I’m taking a page from my dad’s book and telling you guys:

SATURDAY IS MY FREAKIN’ 35TH BIRTHDAY!!!! 😂🤎

We’re headed into the city to see LeBron tonight, celebrating good friends at their wedding, and spending the rest of the weekend with my fam.

Very grateful for another year...and especially grateful for all of you for continuing to follow along, support this little corner of the internet and somehow help me make a living doing something I love.

Okay enough about me 😂 Your weekend plans are below. xoxo
