This year is expected to be very busy, full of things that have to happen and are cooking very slowly. Meanwhile, I leave you with this campaign that I had the pleasure of collaborating last year with @flynorwegian to present the new routes for 2024, and why not celebrate our route portfolio with great fanfare?
Stay tuned for everything that has to come☁️🛫📸

Being senior cabin crew and a content creator doesn’t always fit neatly together. Safety, the cabin experience and giving my best to the people on board come first. That means leaving my camera aside more often than I’d like.

But after three years of taking content creation seriously, I’m finding my balance. I’m getting quicker at dialling in my settings and making the most of the moments I have to film.

I’ve also been recording adverts for both my aviation and photography accounts, and experimenting with new ideas. Some make it onto my stories first as “little testing ground” in case I change my mind later 😂

Lately, I’ve been quietly building up a collection of photos and videos to share during my paternity leave. A new chapter at home, with plenty of moments from work still to show you.

I’ll be sharing them over the next few weeks, so stay tuned.

In the meantime, what would you like to see or talk about here? I’m reading the comments 👇

I was probably more nervous taking these photos than I’ve been on most shoots lately. When we started planning our babymoon, I asked my wife if she wanted to hire a photographer to capture this moment. She said no. She wanted me to do it. And somehow that made me even more nervous. Not because I photograph maternity, because I don’t, but because she wanted these photos to feel like us and to have my style, the same way I approach my editorial and portrait work. And when the person in front of your camera is your wife, carrying your daughter, everything feels a little different.

I didn’t want to create the perfect maternity shoot. I just wanted to document us. Our babymoon, this crazy and beautiful moment we are living, and probably one of the last big chapters of our lives before becoming three. Soon I’ll become a father, which still feels quite surreal to even write. Photography has always been my way of documenting moments that might never come back, and this time I got to do it for my own family. These ones will definitely stay with me forever🤍

And no, I’m not turning into a maternity photographer. Life is changing, but my photography continues. I’m still taking bookings in Oslo and worldwide for editorial portraits, personal branding and campaign work throughout the coming months and beyond.

If you’ve been thinking about creating something together, send me a DM or get in touch through my website. My calendar is open📩

As August comes to an end and we slowly move into autumn, the skies up north are starting to explode with the most breathtaking colours.

And somewhere along the way, I’m growing with my photography too. Learning to pay more attention, to see things differently, and to keep documenting those moments that might never happen quite the same way again.

I think that’s the beauty of it.

What’s a moment you wish you had photographed? I read you👋

11th August 2023. The first time I ever bought a camera and started documenting life as cabin crew. Back then, my phone felt limiting. Picking up a camera just felt like the natural next step.

I slowly learned the craft, and over time it led me to launch my professional photography account alongside this one, turning it into a second career. For me, it’s important to pick up the camera and look at my job as if I were an outsider. The things that have become ordinary to me aren’t ordinary to someone seeing this world for the first time.

I think that’s the reason I still love what I do. I get to rediscover aviation every day as if it were my first day around the block. I just hope that sense of curiosity comes across in every post I share.

If there’s something about this world you’ve always wondered, let me know. Maybe it’ll become the next story I tell🛫

Lately, commuting has been getting tougher. It feels like everyone wants to fly to Las Palmas at the moment. Thankfully, as crew I can usually see it coming and request access to stay in the cockpit for the whole flight. What started as a way to avoid the crowds turned into almost six hours of talking, learning, and experimenting with my travel camera, a new lens, and a few filters.

The result? Way more footage than I expected.

I’m still figuring out the best way to use it, but for now I’ve put together 14 short videos in this carousel. I’d love to know what you think.

Is there anything in particular you’d like to see more of? Let me know in the comments🔥

Let’s get away from the aviation clichés and see how this world actually shapes you.

I’d like to think of myself as someone who just happens to be here with a camera, trying to document a world that is so unique, beautiful, and sometimes cruel, but above all, timeless in the memories it creates and the way it shapes you.

This might not be the perfect account to romanticise aviation, but it’s not here to criticise it or burn it to ashes either.

The truth is, it’s as beautiful as it is imperfect.

And I think that’s exactly why I’m so drawn to it🔥

Although summer is finally here and I’m fully focused on growing my photography business, I still like to post on this account from time to time.

I’m not going to tell you to drink more water or any of that, but as cabin crew, having a perfectly polished uniform and a genuine smile is probably more important than you think.

Many passengers are afraid of flying but travel anyway. Others are stressed and, unfortunately, that can sometimes lead to unruly behaviour. A well-presented uniform instantly conveys authority, professionalism, and confidence. It reassures people that they’re in good hands and that everything will be okay.

So here’s another post showcasing exactly that🔥

Unpopular opinion: Zara Larsson’s music back in the day was so much better. Just saying✌️

Walk-arounds are my favourite part of every flight. There are so many things that need to be checked before every departure, and I’m always excited to tag along. It completely changes your perspective of the aircraft as inside the cabin it can feel surprisingly small, yet from the ground it looks absolutely majestic.

So if you ever spot a pilot performing a walk-around from the terminal, remember that this mandatory inspection, carried out before every flight, is one of the many reasons you can feel safe when you fly🫶
