thanks for coming out to our first FORAGE FOR FLAVOR event, this time in Prospect Park. we spent two hours finding and tasting local flora and barely scratched the service. from finding Hen of the Woods and Wild Carrots to Sassafras and Burdock, flavor is all around us and the roots are deep!

shout-out to "Wildman" Steve Brill for being such a knowledgeable and funny guide and for Amon and the folks over at Trad Room for hosting us and putting together some creative cocktails using said ingredients.
