What an incredible weekend that was! Thank you to @blacktrailrunners for the race space and to @13valleysultra for a great event! Will definitely need to visit the @lakedistrict again but maybe without the 22km run ๐Ÿ˜… #medalmonday by @altisrunning
BTS shots with @doclothingco and some of my favourite shots by the talented team @parnellpro @rob_passmore @gsrd09 . What an experience this was ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿพ by @altisrunning
What a race that was! Around 3km in I realised this was going to be a real mental battle to get done and I was worried about the 20 or so kilometres leftโ€ฆ.seeing daunting hills on the horizon and knowing about the 500m+ of elevation, I knew it wouldnโ€™t be an easy race. This was my first trail race and I loved it (when it was over)! Need to do a lot more hill training in future so Iโ€™m not so surprised next time around ๐Ÿ˜‚ Thanks to @blacktrailrunners for the race space and thank you to all members who were there today! by @altisrunning

BTR x BTR Our first collab run with @blacktrailrunners was a huge success! We had a whopping turnout of 20 runners in Leigh Woods, and we probably did as much chatting as running. There were some really honest conversations about the barriers people face in running and on the trails. We shared experiences, asked questions and genuinely wanted to learn from each other. A huge thank you to @malcallen, who also leads with @cheltenhamandglostrailrunners, and @altisrunning for arranging, and to everyone who came along. We left wanting to do lots more together, so hopefully this was the first of many. While we work on getting the next one in the diary, thereโ€™s already another chance to get involved. The Black Trail Runners are bringing @blacktothetrailsbtr to Bristol for the first time on Sunday 11 October at Blaise Castle. Thereโ€™ll be 1K, 5K and 10K distances, plus music, food and plenty happening throughout the day. Itโ€™s open to everyone, and theyโ€™re also looking for volunteers too! Get involved! by @altisrunning

People That do Movement looks different for everyone. For @atlisrunning, it's the freedom that running brings. A journey of resilience, community and finding purpose through every run, every climb and every mile. Running began as a personal pursuit. A way to clear the mind, embrace the outdoors and discover what was possible. Over time, that journey became a passion for inspiring others. Today, as a @blacktrailrunners Run Leader, they're creating opportunities for more people to experience the confidence, connection and freedom that comes from simply putting one foot in front of the other. No finish line. Just the commitment to keep showing up. People That Do celebrates the individuals who inspire through action. Those who lead by example, build stronger communities and remind us that movement is for everyone. Whatever your pursuit, just keep moving. ๐Ÿ–ค #PeopleThatDo #LifeFit #DoClothing #MadeToDo #TrailRunning #BlackTrailRunners #RunLeader #MovementCulture #TrainForLife #BuiltThroughMovement by @altisrunning
