Turning compassion into action through education + sustainable change; connecting our environment, humans & animals 🐾💛

POSTS STORIES REELS

AMAL is a group of rescuers but our mission goes far beyond rescuing.

We work with corporates and residential communities to show that humans and community cats can coexist without fear and conflict. Through education, guidance, and hands-on support, we teach and implement proven, humane cat management including TNR (trap-neuter-return) as the only sustainable long-term solution. 🤎

Because removing cats doesn't solve the problem.

Education, responsibility and compassion do!

✨ Blood, sweat, tears… and a whole lot of hope. ✨

What began as countless conversations and many hours of hard work became the UAE’s biggest TNVR campaign — powered by a community united by compassion and a belief that together, we can create change.

Because it doesn’t just take a village. It takes perseverance. It takes believers. It takes people who refuse to look away.

Every cat trapped, every life touched, every volunteer, rescuer, sponsor and supporter proved that when a community comes together for a greater good, extraordinary things happen. 🐾❤️

But this is only the beginning.

Our mission is to #TurnOffTheTap — to break the cycle of suffering and give our community animals the chance to live healthier, safer lives.

To do more, we need your support.

🌟 AMAL has been nominated for the Majra Awards.
Your vote could help us secure funding that will create even more opportunities to support our community animals and build sustainable change.

Every vote is a vote for compassion.
Every vote is a chance to save more lives.

🐾 Vote for AMAL.

This is how I spent my Sunday volunteering for @amalcsruae I managed to trap 5 adult cats and I took 3 small kittens not for TNR but for them to be released with the cats they are most familiar with, it would be unfair to leave them behind. The entire trapping and transporting took about 2 hours of my day and I couldn’t have had a more productive Sunday! The cats were dropped to @petopiaavet for amazing charity rates for TNR and these are only 5 out of so many still struggling on the streets of Dubai.
Please dm if you’d like to be part of this and volunteer your Sundays to a better cause! Also if anyone is interested to adopt Shayla or the small kittens please feel free to dm. #adoptdontshop #dubai #rescuecat #savealife #kittens by @amalcsruae

They can’t ask for help, so we have to. 🐾

Trap-Neuter-Return changes lives—one paw, one clinic day, one gentle stray at a time. But when corporate support fades, vulnerable street cats pay the price.

The goal? A monthly TNR drive across the city. To make it happen, we need companies that care.

👉 Here’s how you can help: Repost this, tag a business with heart, and head over to @amalcsruae to support the mission.

Don’t scroll past….be the reason a street cat gets care. by @amalcsruae

What if doing good was also part of doing business? 🐾

Corporates have the power to create more than profits. They can create space for #compassion, #education and change.

Animal welfare is a brilliant place to start. Because when we teach people to care for the most vulnerable in our communities, we’re building something bigger — empathy, integrity, responsibility and #kindness.

It’s about bringing values off the wall and into action.

Community. Compassion. Integrity. Kindness.

Four words that look great in a values statement.
Even better when you can see them in action. ❤️🐾

Let’s make animal welfare part of the conversation — in our workplaces, our communities and our everyday choices.

Because kindness is good business. And good business should be kind. Thank you #smbcgroup for leading the way. #amalcsruae 🐾❤️😻 by @amalcsruae

🐾 Together for a kinder future.
A day driven by compassion, teamwork, and a shared commitment to animal welfare. ❤️

German Standard Group, in collaboration with AMAL CSR, successfully organized a dedicated TNR Campaign, bringing together people with one common purpose to create a safer and healthier future for community cats.

From rescue and careful handling to veterinary care, neutering, recovery, and release, every step reflected what can be achieved when compassion turns into action.

This campaign was more than just an event. It was a collective effort, powered by dedicated teams, veterinary professionals, volunteers, and everyone who believes that every life deserves care.

We are proud to stand alongside AMAL CSR in making a meaningful difference one life, one action, and one community at a time. 🐾
Because real change begins when we choose to care.

Thank you to everyone who contributed their time, expertise, and heart to making this campaign a success. ❤️

CSR not just buzz word! Here’s our founder and leader giving us her take on the what and why… make a difference #amalcsruae #amalcsr #kindnessiscontagious by @amalcsruae

We’re very proud to see Dr Sarah featured in Gulf News today, talking about something incredibly close to our hearts at Dr Well Veterinary Clinic — Dubai’s community cats. 🐾💙

The article shines a light on the amazing network of people working tirelessly to care for more than 100 community cats in Al Quoz, and on why organised TNVR (Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return) is such an important part of creating a healthier, more sustainable community cat population.

Recently, our team dedicated a day to the Al Quoz cats and neutered 17 cats — 11 males and 6 females — as well as treating dental disease and other health problems discovered along the way.

As Sarah explains in the article:

“Feeding community cats is compassionate and important, but feeding alone doesn’t control the population.”

It really does take a community. ❤️ From the people feeding every single day, to the volunteers trapping and transporting, the foster homes opening their doors, the veterinary teams providing care and everyone choosing to adopt rather than shop — every part matters.

A huge thank you to Gulf News and Lakshana N Palat for helping raise awareness of the work being done, and most importantly to the incredible people on the ground who refuse to look the other way. 🐈

Please have a read (link in our bio) and share — the more awareness we can create around responsible feeding, TNVR, fostering and adoption, the more cats we can help.

🐾 Feed responsibly
🐾 Neuter
🐾 Foster if you can
🐾 Adopt
🐾 Never abandon

Together, small actions can make a very big difference. 💙 by @amalcsruae
