I’ve had quite a few people ask if I’ll be offering the workshops I am doing in Austin online.

It’s such a great question - and I truly appreciate the interest. For now, though, these workshops are offered in person only.

Energetic Kinesiology is something that’s best experienced firsthand. To become confident with muscle monitoring, you really need to feel it, witness it, and notice the subtle shifts that happen in the body. It’s about learning the right pressure when testing, tuning in, and beginning to trust what the body is communicating.

There’s also something incredibly valuable about observing real people on the table - seeing how their energy shifts during a balance, whether through Kinesiology or a gentle flower essence mist.

This kind of hands-on experience is where the deepest learning happens.

And I am there throughout the whole workshop assisting you if something becomes unclear. In Austin, I also have beautiful Amanda from @amanda_love_wellness supporting you, so you’re always guided throughout the process.

Could I teach the theory online? Absolutely. And I’d love to offer refresher trainings in the future once you’ve learned the foundations.

But if you’re just starting out, learning in person will give you the depth, confidence, and connection this work truly deserves.

This work is felt before it’s understood - which is why these workshops are currently taught in person. This is Energy Medicine ✨✨ by @amanda_love_wellness

Every night…another gorgeous hill country sunset view from my deck. It’s so awe inspiring and reminds me what a tiny little blip I am in this grand cosmos. Grateful for all the abundance of rain and also so glad when the sun comes out! Things that fruit like peppers and tomatoes and eggplant in my garden need sun! Do you see the sunset from your home? What affect does it have on you? #hillcountrysunset #lovemygarden #iloveflowers by @amanda_love_wellness

So honored to do the work I do of helping mommas to be get pregnant naturally. This momma had been trying for some time and it wasn’t working. Part of my work is to identify and remove the blocks to conception as well as to nourish. 4 months later, she was pregnant! Baby on the way! #holisticfertility #naturalconception #amandalovewellness #naturalpregnancy #makeasuperbaby by @amanda_love_wellness

It’s been years since I dusted off my teaching hat, but the urge to share my passion for cooking was too strong to ignore! This hands-on Spring Seasonal Cooking class was all about highlighting the best of local ingredients. From creamy homemade mayo with good oils, to decadent truffle garlic aioli, Chicken confit, pan-seared meat perfection, spring roasted veggies, aromatic saffron rice, crispy duck fat potatoes, and sweet strawberries with lavender whipped chèvre, we whipped up a storm! Plus, I shared my secrets for incorporating flower essences into everyday cooking. Huge thanks to my amazing students and cooking assistant for making it a day I'll never forget! #bartoncreekfarmersmarket, #localfoods, #springseasonaleating, #lotuswei @lotuswei #deliciousfood by @amanda_love_wellness

And the sun came out for a bit in the far distance…while it was still raining. So grateful for the rain after many years drought. So sorry for the good people of Kerrville who are struggling. Our love and prayers are with you. by @amanda_love_wellness
