✨ GB21: Your Shoulder Reset Button ✨

If you’ve ever instinctively pressed into the top of your shoulders when feeling tense, you’ve already found GB21, one of the best points for releasing stress & tension! This is our MFR class favorite.

⚡ Why GB21? ⚡
✔️ Melts shoulder & neck tension (goodbye, knots!)
✔️ Boosts circulation & lymph flow
✔️ Relieves stress & mental fatigue
✔️ Supports posture & mobility

💆 How to use it:
👉 Press & hold for 30-60 sec to release tightness
👉 Try cupping or acupuncture for a deeper reset
👉 Feeling extra stressed? Breathe deeply & let go

🚨 Heads up: GB21 is a strong downward-moving point & is not for pregnancy unless you’re near term & under a trained practitioner’s care.

Next time your shoulders feel heavy, give GB21 some love and come to our MFR class!
