POSTS STORIES REELS

HOME in Marie Claire.

Writer @ashspili spent a month trying five types of energy healing for @marieclaireuk. One of them took her to HOME, for an emotional somatic release session with Amanda Tizard.

Ash describes HOME as one of her favourite wellness studios in London. Wooden floorboards, incense and a feeling of safety from the moment you walk in.

The session guided her into a deeply relaxed state to explore memory and sensation in the body. Her release came as laughter rather than tears. The next day, she found it easier to speak openly in her regular therapy session.

Thank you, Ash, for coming to see us.

Bodyworker 💚 23 years 17,000 one to one sessions and counting. I may not be the workaholic therapist I once was - but I still love this work. Whatever you want to call it massage / energy work / somatics / myofascial release Ive trained in so much and mix what the receiver wants and needs . It’s such a privilege to connect with other humans in this way. I’m very grateful and very lucky to do something I still love. Thank you to all my clients for trusting me - you continue to teach me every day.
