survival and ambition! 💥 tuh ok! 💁🏽‍♀️💅🏾💸 shoutout to the writer, andrea, bc she nailed it.

working in fashion the past years ive learned everything isn’t always glitz & glam BUT my favorite part is having an actual community of artists, friends, fam & peers I love and admire. being intentional and having FUN with your work has become my fav part. fck doing shi performatively, let ambition guide you! xoxo 💋💋

“the wiz” (2026) bts 📲 shot on an iphone 5
everyone styled by moi 💋🌹
⠀
the wiz was one of the first movies i saw that made me really proud to be a black artist and encouraged me to express myself so i had to do this justice. SO fun to step into this world and reimagine these looks in a modern way

tinman scarecrow & lion 🦁✨✨✨✨
i feel like i tore this. like for tinman the layering of chains and sequins made the tin idea more fabulous. i loved the fur arm cuffs for the lion and little fur choker. the scarecrows hat! i always have muva held @gabriel_held_vintage to depend on to gather the girlies in a fashion emergency :P and im very grateful 👼🏽👼🏽👼🏽

the wiz 😉🪄🐣 i left this look up to the bb’s since i had to style 9 ppl including myself (chile!) since the actual wiz character was simplistic and a bit elusive, nicki & j thought of the duckie slippers & a robe i think it’s perfect!

glinda 🎀💗💓 and dorothy 💤💤✨🫧🧚🏽‍♀️

we layered tf out of the necklaces for glinda. jas looks too tea, and slayed everyone’s makeup before shooting. dorothy had the most perfect energy. beauty darling. we shot in harlem too so it truly gave the essence of diana & the gang from around the way yk 🤷🏽‍♀️🩵 working with an amazing team and cast makes everything so seamless so can’t take all the credit!! a harlem labs production clears everytime ty J$ @hoodrichj 💋👶🏽
