“i will bless the LORD at all times: His praise shall continually be in my mouth.” psalm‬ ‭34‬:‭1‬ ‭♡ this post is not about a car, i have a testimony to share! everyday i am learning how important it is to trust in God’s timing. i’m only 20 but it feels like i have been a passenger for forever, just sitting and waiting for my turn to drive. it’s always felt like everyone in the world was driving except for me. every time i thought it was time for me to get behind the wheel, it seemed like something just got in the way. this is not just about driving, stay with me! times where i thought i should’ve been the one driving, the Lord repeatedly put me right back in the passengers seat. you cannot ask God to be the head of your life and expect His blessings to come on your timing. some of the most significant conversations, laughs, and lessons of my life were experienced while i was sitting in a passengers seat, in my waiting season. if you’re too focused on trying to get tomorrow’s blessings, you can miss the blessing God has for you today. trust that when you are walking in the path that He has for you, His blessings will manifest right on time, every time. in the meantime, find the beauty in waiting and learn from it! without a relationship with Jesus, you all may not understand where i’m coming from, but it is important to me that when you look at my life, you see the hand of the Lord. it is never about me and always about His goodness and mercy! all in all, i am now licensed and now the driver of a jeep wrangler so say your prayers and get off the roads :) i may not always know who has the right of way but i know who IS the WAY, the truth, AND the life and that’s enough for me 😭🙌🏽 #newcar #sameGod #bigluciousthewrangler by @amber.nylah

beyond blessed and forever grateful ❀ this year was full of trial and tribulation but all glory belongs to my God for keeping me and bringing me through. i love this program and everything it has given me so so much and i can’t wait to reach new heights and make more memories. that’s a wrap on season 2! ✨ by @amber.nylah
“if you believe within your heart, you’ll know that no one can change the path that you must go.” ✨ my first show!! i could write a book about what this experience meant to me but the story is still being written. i thank God for using this opportunity to remind me of my passion and my purpose in this life and for strengthening me through every step of the journey. i love being an artist and i am so blessed to be able to do what i love alongside such talented and hardworking people who i now call family. thank you to everyone who came to the show and supported me in the process!! i may have been a supporting character but this opportunity played a significant role in this chapter of my life and i wouldn’t change a thing :) #thewiz #ncattheatre #munchkinnumbertwo #believeinyourself by @amber.nylah
