HYPE GIRL LIVE!! 💖

Today’s HYPE GIRL LIVE is all about PERMISSION. ✨

Permission to be yourself. Permission to allow others to be themselves. And permission to give yourself the freedom to let go of expectations, stop trying to please everyone, and show up as YOU.

POP vs ROCK HIGH HOWLER 🎸

We sweat, we whooped, we laughed!

Thanks to everyone who helped donate to the @calgaryfoodbank & a big thank you to @amberzenith for the best vibes & best time!

Hype girl live! In today’s episode asked the question, is rehashing things over and over with friends healthy or toxic?

Watch to see what we really think? And hopefully you will pick up some health advice along the way from two girls figuring it out alongside you!

Reality TV edition @high.fitness Colorado tour 2026. Spoiler alert: we did in fact do S&M. Bods sore, hearts full 💕⚡️ by @amberzenith

Colorado!! Thank you for showing up.
Getting to share our love at 7 different @vasafitness gyms across Colorado in 3.5 days was honestly what dreams are made of.
Meeting new people and instructors, reconnecting with old friends and spreading that HIGH love and energy is something we will never take for granted!!

Where should we go next??

To the woman who’s been showing up for everyone but herself… it’s YOUR turn. ⚡️

Turn the music up. Take up space. Sweat, laugh + remember how damn good it feels to do something just for YOU.

And if you’ve ever thought, “Maybe I could teach this…” 👀 consider this your sign. You don’t have to wait until you feel fearless to go for it.

Find your spark. Then help someone else find hers. 🔥

Join us for an upcoming in-person HIGH Fitness instructor training:
⚡️ Nov. 14 | Centennial, CO • VASA Fitness
⚡️ Nov. 15 | Bend, Oregon
