#mondaymotivaton 💙 GRATEFUL FOR OUR CLIENTS & THEIR KIND WORDS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Amelie was exceptional to work with. My property required a unique buyer, and she worked tirelessly to market it effectively and show it to the right people. Her communication was top-notch throughout the entire process, and whenever a curveball arose, she handled it seamlessly and kept everything simple for me. I couldn’t recommend Amelie more highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.” Seller testimonial, 310 Fernando St #303.

Just closed 📍 280 Cagney Lane #211 in Villa Balboa 🏡 I had the honor of working with these wonderful clients twice this year 🏡 🔑 🏡

First, helping them purchase their dream condo at 310 Fernando Street, nestled between the ocean and bay on the Balboa Peninsula. Then, helping them sell their previous home at Villa Balboa which turned out to be the perfect dream home for its new buyer, who fell in love with the gated community and beautiful views.

There’s something so rewarding about helping one client move on to their next chapter while helping another find exactly what they’ve been looking for 🏡🤍

What does your dream home look like? Whether you’re buying, selling, or planning your next move, let’s strategize to make your real estate goals a reality.

I’m forever grateful to be living and selling the coastal dream 🏡🌊 and look forward to hearing from you!

JUST CLOSED at $2.9m 🔑 3206 W Balboa Blvd, Newport Beach 🏡

Real estate is about so much more than showing homes, getting an offer accepted, and handing over the keys.

In many ways, getting an offer accepted is just the beginning. There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes during escrow, and every transaction comes with its own unique circumstances, moving pieces, and challenges.

My job is to understand our client’s individual needs, stay on top of every detail, work through issues as they arise, and advocate for them all the way through closing day.

This transaction was a great example of just that and I’m so excited for our Buyer to see it successfully cross the finish line!

A big thank you to all parties involved for working together to make this a successful closing. 🤝

Congratulations to our buyer on his new Newport Beach investment! 🥂🏡

Contact me today to discuss your real estate goals.
