Try this bent leg variation so you can get really stable and work on ALL THE THINGS….engaging your core, rotating open towards the ceiling and grounding that bottom foot. Remember to keep pushing down through your bottom hand and foot and send your hips upward. Then try it with the leg straight! ✨🥳💃

Chill sequence 😎🐌

Not all my teaching is inversions, but it’s funny how a lot of my clients, even the ones that come to me for flexibility, or wanting to learn yoga as beginners will end up doing inversions with me 🤗.

Inversions are much more accessible than people realize. More trainable than you’d think! That said, it’s a balance and I try to blend a lot of things into my sequences so we can be good movers and feel both open and strong. 💪

Fixing your headstand base 🧐

I promise this will be boring, unless you’re working on making your headstand more stable, or ready to take it to the next level and press so your head lifts off.

If this is old news, I’m glad. If it’s new, give it a go and let me know if it helps! 🙏

Just please try holding onto your heel in downward dog (same arm as standing leg). How easy this looks right?! But it’s actually sooooo hard 😂🤔 Also this song 🍷
