✨YOU KNOW THAT VOICE✨

The one that questions your every move, replays your mistakes on a loop, and convinces you that you’re not quite enough. It’s not who you are - it’s a pattern you learned. And it’s been running the show for far too long.

Here’s how it’s been holding you back:

•Overthinking simple choices because you
fear making the “wrong” move
•Needing everyone else’s opinion before you
trust your own
•Feeling like an imposter in your own life
•Disqualifying your wins as luck, timing, or
accident
•Chasing a standard of perfect that never
feels reached
•Talking yourself out of the chance before
you’ve even tried
•Waiting for permission to feel ready,
qualified, allowed

In this 75 minute private session, you’ll:

✓ Identify your specific inner critic- its voice, its triggers, its patterns
✓ Understand its origin where it came from and what it was trying to protect you from
✓ Learn to detach from its negativity, so it no longer runs the show

And begin the shift:
🔄 From a harsh voice → to one that’s gentle and supportive
🔄 From a controlling, demanding voice → to one that’s encouraging
🔄 From a voice that causes doubt → to one that builds confidence

You think you’re thinking, but you’re actually listening. Everything shifts the moment you hear yourself differently💫 by @amindfuljourney.ld

Your feelings aren’t always problems to solve. Sometimes they’re messengers pointing you toward what matters, what hurts, what you need, or what needs your attention.

Next time an uncomfortable feeling shows up, pause before pushing it away.

Ask: What is this feeling trying to tell me?

You don’t have to fix every feeling.

Sometimes, you just need to listen. by @amindfuljourney.ld

Stop punishing yourself for what you had no way of knowing.

You were never meant to have the wisdom of today, yesterday.
