First of all, I want to thank our head coach @max_kordonskiy for leading us this far, our physio for always taking care of us @engyimm , and to all the girls @wpogirlgang who gave everything and never stopped fighting. 💪🏽🇹🇭
This competition gave us memories, lessons, and the hunger to grow even stronger.
We’re just getting started — nothing worth having comes easy. ✨ #wpogirlgang #waterpoloteam by @amrap.performancelab

Movement Day 🎾 Discipline over motivation

#performancetraining #athletedevelopment #sportperformance #amrapperformancelab #นักกีฬา by @amrap.performancelab

Training for sport isn’t just about getting stronger.

Sport asks you to sprint, jump, land, change direction, and produce force under pressure. So the session trains what sits underneath that — force, power, reactive strength, unilateral strength, upper-body strength, trunk and grip.

That’s why it can look very different from a workout built around muscle groups.

The goal isn’t to collect exercises.

It’s to know what each one is there to train.

The exercise isn’t the point. The quality is.

Repeated sprint conditioning.

One sprint tells you how fast you can go. Repeated efforts challenge your ability to reproduce high-intensity performance when recovery is incomplete.

Session:
20 m sprint × 4
20 s walk-back recovery
3 sets
2 min between sets

12 sprints · 240 m total

The goal isn’t simply to sprint once at your best. It’s to produce repeated high-intensity efforts with incomplete recovery.
