Been wanting to take this dress for a spin since wearing it to a wedding back in June. Fun experimenting with how different fabric works with movement - the thigh high split gap and length provided various slip hazards and surprisingly less float as it’d just ride up! 😅

Tested it with one of my go to static warm up spins - feels like whimsical flying ✨

Here’s your sign to go take that cute outfit to the studio next time for a spin and roll around, cos why not? 💖

She still goes up the pole sometimes, not often, but sometimes.

Grateful for what my body can do even if I don’t really train tricks regularly anymore. One of my favourite static transitions from jasmine to ayesha. Do I wish I’d filmed a cleaner version with neater lines? You bet. But we’re practicing less judgement over here🙂‍↕️🪷

Am I slightly obsessed with this beautiful @ryx song at the moment? Most definitely🌊

Procrastinating on a train journey, flicking through the effects on Edits questioning when you’d ever use some of the options, then realised actually, this grid looks pretty cool, so here we are ✨

Quick spin before class and a forgotten caramel swirl 🌀 (bless my confused unwarm back that wasn’t expecting it🙂‍↕️)

Really feeling the impact of ‘if you don’t use it, you lose it’ this year when it comes to flexibility and strength 🥲It’s probably been about two years since I’ve consistently trained tricks, and compared with where I used to be, anything up the pole feels so hard and clunky and my stamina is shocking 😭😭 practice and repetition really is the mother of mastery. I do miss how it feels though, so let’s get back to it!

And I feel like this song calls for twirling around in a dramatic dress.. 🤔
