Breaking news: something in 2026 actually went DOWN. 📉
Not groceries. Not gas. Definitely not the price of your kid's cleats. 😅
Gallatin County's 2026 property tax bills are out, and thanks to Montana's new homestead and long-term rental rates, a lot of you are seeing a lower number this year. Finally, a bill you can open without a glass of wine nearby. 🍷
Look yours up here 👉 https://www.gallatinmt.gov/673/Treasurer---Property-Tax-Division
Now be honest: how much did yours drop? Drop it in the comments 👇 (Bragging is encouraged.)
If yours went up, or you want to know what this means for your next investment property, message me. Let's run the numbers.

Last first day….. Of course there were tears 😭 They say it goes by fast… 💨 it does…. Days are long and the years are short. #senioryear by @amyahyde

McKinley has come full circle this past year 💙⚽️

From sitting on the sidelines while her teammates started played HS last fall, to missing the spring season because of injuries—this girl has been through the wringer. So many setbacks, disappointments, and tears, she has continued to chase her goals with so much grit, determination, and love for this game.

Today is her first high school soccer game, and I am so excited to watch her finally step onto that field. 🥹

Sending Prayers: (Thank you @maxwellfamily4 for the reminder)
Give her a strong body, a clear mind, and a confident heart. Keep her healthy and protected as she plays. Quiet any doubts, take away the fear of making mistakes, and let her play freely—with joy, courage, and all the love she has for this game. Remind her that she is strong, capable, and prepared. Let her trust herself, trust her teammates, and enjoy every second she has worked so hard for. Amen. 🙏🏻 and throw in a little @dollyparton for good measure.

Go play your game, Cakes. You’ve earned it. 💙⚽️ by @amyahyde
