There were highs, there were lows… moments where it felt like forever—but we never doubted. Not once. Because when you know what you’re building is special, you hold the line.

This project has been through it all, and I’m beyond grateful to still be standing here, part of something this big. The growth, the lessons, the people who never stopped fighting for it… that’s what makes it all worth it.

I’ll be real—patience hasn’t always been easy for me. But I’ve learned… patience builds purpose. It shapes you for what’s coming.

And I feel it… something BIG is on the way. 🔥

So thankful. So ready. Let’s go👊🏼🎬💥 by @amysavannahofficial

I WAS NEVER AFRAID OF HARD WORK. I WAS AFRAID OF LOSING MYSELF IN THE PROCESS. 🔥

I’ve always been the girl who pushed harder, trained longer, and refused to quit.

But somewhere along the way, I learned something powerful…

You can be strong and still need to change the way you do things.

At 40, I’m no longer chasing the body I had at 25. I’m building a stronger, healthier, more confident version of the woman I am TODAY.

Less punishment. More purpose.
Less pressure. More confidence.
Less proving. More becoming.

And the best part? I’m just getting started.

This isn’t about looking younger. It’s about feeling unstoppable at every age.

And trust me… this chapter hits DIFFERENT. 💪🏼🔥

8 WEEKS LEFT IN THE YEAR. 🔥

You can spend them making excuses, saying “I’ll start after the holidays”…

OR you can walk into January already 8 weeks ahead.

The holidays are coming either way. So is January.

The only question is… where will YOU be when it gets here? 💪🏼 Message me to answer questions• •help guide you •get you started by @amysavannahofficial

I didn’t work this hard on myself to get quiet now. 🔥

I’m proud of my progress. Proud of the woman I’m becoming. And yes, I’m going to post it.

The work still counts without the likes. The confidence is real without the applause.

Keep showing up. Keep taking up space. You don’t need permission to feel damn good about yourself. 💋 by @amysavannahofficial

That candle’s still unlit. That sweater still has tags. 😂

This Black Friday, invest in how you feel every day—your energy, your strength, your confidence.

You deserve to feel as good as the things you keep buying. 🤍

Let’s get your consultation booked today🔥💪🏼 by @amysavannahofficial

Who decided JANUARY was the best time to get your life together? 😂

Seriously.

You just spent six weeks eating whatever you wanted, sleeping like crap, spending too much money, and surviving the holidays.

It’s freezing. It’s dark by 4:30. You’re broke and exhausted.

And THIS is when you’re supposed to suddenly become a whole new person?

No thanks.

Start in October.

Get a head start. Build some momentum. Make some actual progress before the holidays even hit.

Because imagine waking up January 1st and realizing you’re already three months ahead.

Everyone else is making resolutions.

You’re picking out your new spring bikini. 👙

November 1st. 40💥💥. Feeling damn good—and owning it. It’s 🍂FALL🍂babay😜

Felt cute. Went downtown. Made the sidewalk my runway. Impromptu photo shoot because feeling this good about myself deserves a spot on the feed. 😉

Your turn. How are YOU stepping into November? by @amysavannahofficial

I was already a personal trainer doing all the things right when my body stopped responding… but what I discovered at age 39 changed everything💥

Peppies. 👀

For me, 🌶️ therapy became part of a turning point. More energy. Better sleep. Finally feeling like myself again. Inflammation gone thing started to click✔️

Now I’m 40—and I feel better than I did in my 30s. 🔥

You can be disciplined and still need support.
