Took a trip to Maine for my brother’s wedding. Truly one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen in the U.S.

BIG NEWS! I have not posted much about what I’ve been up to over the past 5 (holy shit) years. This container, half a decade (not including the foresight and work in undergraduate), has been the most challenging and transformative times I have ever walked. To say I am a different person would be a massive understatement - I can say I have been entirely transformed! I set out on this path, a path still unfolding before me, to answer a call I received long ago, but would not even see a glimpse of for some time, nor could I predict how this would inevitably challenge me. But today is momentous, as I just graduated as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine! My time as a scheduled student is ending, and now the real work begins…

I want to share that I have known my entire life I am here to do two things: 1) To love and fight for the Sacred, and 2) To offer up my life’s work as an act of Service to the people. And between these two things my life turns, and eventually all else falls away. Naturopathic Medicine, at it’s heart, is one of the most beautiful approaches to health and healing I have found - for it honors the innate intelligence and sacredness of Nature and our relationship to all things in life. I want to be a servant to this, and to help other’s rediscover this power in themselves!

When I started this program, I wrote myself a letter (Slide 3) that was to be returned to us in our final term. I want to be very clear that there were many times during these past five years I did not feel clear about this challenging path, and even moments where I wanted to jump ship. But it’s with Grace that Spirit guided me through, and kept me focused. Reading this letter now, I know I was always in the right place, and the vision I had when I started was real. I can’t thank everyone enough, whether in person or in Spirit, who kept me feeling loved and alive all these years. All the people I will impact in the future also have you to thank! And to my friends who endured this journey with me, it has been the journey of a lifetime! From the core of my Being, thank you! by @an_animists_way
