The highlight of this year was having the opportunity to meet and learn from this oriental dance superstar.
By far, this were the most challenging classes I’ve ever taken but also the most soulful and authentic. I’m still in awe of her understanding of Egyptian music and the way in which she transmits it.
Every time I meet new teachers or take classes it reminds me of all the way that I still have ahead of me, and as dancers, teachers, professionals and artist, the most important thing that we have to recognize is that we will always be students.
Thanks to @goddessproductions_ and @danycerdam for creating opportunities like this. by @ana.bellydancer

Practicing with my new heels.
First time dancing with 9cm heels, I could’ve been worst, but it could’ve been better too. Lots of fun though. by @ana.bellydancer

Been having this song in my mind for two weeks. It was harder than I thought but I think I did a pretty good job. Feeling a lot of stiffness in my lower back from working out.
Classical songs are my absolute favorites, they’re also the hardest in my opinion, tarabs and melody always swallow me 😅😅
Also, my arms are looking pretty massive. 💪🏻🥰

Hope you like it.

A video from a year ago. This is a choreography made by @jamikir with one of the most hard combinations I’ve ever done. That Samai rhythm is always tricky.
Probably one of the best choreographies I’ve learn and sadly I haven’t had the chance to perform. by @ana.bellydancer

Sunday funday.
Veil is not my favorite because it kills my arms. 🥵
I absolutely love this song by @tonymouzayek ❤️

Rehearsals are the most fun part of a performance.

This is going to be my first sword performance and my first performance with @matisabellydancemiami ✨⭐️ Have to work on my flexibility, though. 😅

First performance at @matisabellydancemiami ‘s Hafla. Such a great environment. Thank you so much @matisabellydance for making me feel so welcome and at home.
