✨ New to dancing? Ana’s got you! ✨

Starting something new can feel a little intimidating, so we asked Ana to share her 3 tips for anyone taking their first steps on the dancefloor 💃

1️⃣ Trust the process : Your body is learning new patterns of movement, like everything else, it takes time and practice, be patient with yourself 🙂

2️⃣ Feel the beat : Don’t forget the reason why you started dancing and don’t let frustration stop you. Just dance, have fun!

3️⃣ Find your place: find a community that you’re comfortable around and feel supported - will make a huge difference in your journey ☀️

Catch Ana on the dancefloor at the Vibe:

📍 Wednesday: Intermediate - Urban Femme @18:30
📍 Saturday: Beginner - K-POP @12:00
📍 Saturday: Beginner - Urban Femme @19:30

That’s why - Moving Souls Retreat 🍃🌊

I have over 12 years of experience in both dance and fitness fields - mainly as a dance teacher and fitness instructor. Something that I’ve learned is that there’s something much bigger behind moving our bodies, and it’s the positive impact that it can have on our lives if we give it the right focus and attention.

Movement - on one hand - gives you the chance to understand what your body is capable of doing - often much more than what you could expect - and that builds confidence, which improves your inner dialogue, therefore increases your self esteem. 🩵

Movement - on the other hand - could also be a way to connect with your emotions, understanding who you are, embracing whatever process you’re going through or learning how to release all the negative emotions and thoughts that your body doesn’t need - therefore a way to feel more comfortable and in peace with yourself. 🤍

This experience is not for your to achieve a certain body or mindset; is for you to understand what your body and mind have to give you.

And remember, every day it’s a perfect day to start your journey. ☀️

I’ll see you at Moving Souls Retreat, and experience created with tons of love and passion. 🌊🍃
