This week we said goodbye to our first home @chvrchcycle and to some it may just be a building full of people crazy enough to love cycling (🙋🏼‍♀️), but to me it held so much more.

It’s where I became a new instructor and grew her into a senior. Where I met some of the kindest, most genuine people in the world. Where I mourned the loss of a child and found that spark again with the birth of my son. Where we celebrated the achievements of others after seeing them work to get there for so long. And where I saw love being built over and over again. Song by song.

Thank you, 126! I will never forget you. ✨ by @nickyboler

Life lately: Work. Diapers. Repeat. 💤 between chasing around an 8 month old and the daily chaos of life, we finally hit pause for a proper Sunday date @plunj_saltlake 🙏🏻

From their beautiful sauna to the cold plunge and bucket shower, Plunj was exactly the thing we needed to recharge.
