Ever since I started practicing mantra meditation my life has changed in many ways. It became more fulfilling and less stressful. So grateful to my dear teacher Peter @marchandpeter who gave me my first mantra 🙏🕉️💫♥️ Chanting mantras is a real tantra. Tantra is magic that happens every day if I practice it. It’s right there for all of us! Every mantra has its own karma. Its own power to connect to the energy. I love mantras so much! We are chanting mantras every morning at 5:30 online with people from all over the world. To bring ourselves together to a different vibration and to share it with love to others around us. It’s all about connection and peace in your universe in your home inside of you. Where everything starts. OM GAN GANAPATAYE NAMAHA This mantra to Ganesha will remove all obstacles as fear, laziness, jealousy… and much more. Also there is more light will come in your life. One of 108 names of Ganesha is Jyotish - the One who brings the Light. Just keep chanting mantras! Magic starts here 🕉️ Your Leela Guide A. #itstimetoplayleela #mantra #selflove #tantra by @ananda_loka
Welcome to LEELA TEMPLE 6–8 NOVEMBER ✨ Yoga Vidya Ashram Bad Meinberg, Germany Some journeys begin with a question. Others begin with the roll of a die. For three days, we will gather at Yoga Vidya Bad Meinberg, Europe’s largest yoga ashram, to enter the ancient world of Leela. In this place of practice and stillness, we will play in groups and listen to what the game reveals. We are honoured to welcome Peter Marchand @marchandpeter master of Leela Yoga, teacher, healer, author, and friend and student of Harish Johari. Through his teachings and personal guidance, we will have a rare opportunity to explore the wisdom of Leela more deeply. There will be mantras, rituals, practice, and moments of stillness. As the journey unfolds, a familiar pattern may appear in a new light. A question you have carried may find its answer. And somewhere along the way, you may feel the quiet joy of coming home to yourself. Each participant will receive a gift and individual guidance from Peter. 🎁 Come with your questions. Come with an open heart. Let Leela show you the next step. You can find all information here https://leelatemple.com/ See you at Leela Temple 🕉️♥️🕉️ #leelatemple #itstimetoplayleela #yogavidyaashram #leelagame by @ananda_loka

Karma yoga for me is every day what I do with love and full dedication, without holding on to the result. I give my time, my energy, my heart. And then I let go of the need to control how everything unfolds. I do everything because it feels right. Because there is love in what I give. This is Karma Yoga. For me Leela is Karma yoga. Being Leela guide is Karma yoga. I love it so much. If you are playing your Leela this way by doing what you love following the universal law and following your heart, giving yourself and your energy, enjoying the process without any expectations - that is the only way to Cosmic Consciousness. I can say it not because I read it in the book, but because I know it through the practicing it every day. If you want to see how to practice it in real life, how to find that way of your karma yoga just come to play Leela with me. We will remind you, everything you forgot. With Love and Karma yoga! #karmayoga #leela #itstimetoplayleela by @ananda_loka
Let me remind you all once again of the power of mantra. Mantra is not about religion, or even belief. Mantra is about KNOWLEDGE — Vidya. Ancient wisdom that brings light and clarity. Mantra is an ancient code, ancient wisdom about how to raise your vibration and resonate at a different frequency — the frequency of cosmic consciousness. Of the energies that bring strength and light. Mantra is protection from the darkness within and around us. And each of us has our own code, our own mantra. Our own key. We simply need to find it, embrace it, and use it for its intended purpose. So we don’t lose our way or lose ourselves. Mantra purifies not only us, but also those around us. OM 🕉️ #mantra #frequence #knowledge by @ananda_loka
