My phone stopped working in July and I've been using an old xiaomi, and because the phone takes potato photos, my documentation has been sporadic. It feels that you're not doing enough if you're not documenting or posting enough. I've been living off on the photographs and documentation of others. But i don't mind that, you live through the eyes of others when you get tired of seeing. by @anandpagalkutta

The first issue of Zoo came out 6 years ago today!  I started Zoo to write the kind of stories I wanted to read in comics, it was a pleasant surprise that other people wanted to read them too. I've been grateful to have such a wonderful readership, and for the opportunities, friendships and paths Zoo opened up for me. Here are some standout moments throughout the years of Zoo. The promo art for issue number one. When I look back at the first issue, I see how much my process and approach has changed for the stories, art, and even the promotion of the books! Looking at Zoo#2 cover proofs at Saujanya Press. I've printed every single issue of Zoo with them. The most helpful and considerate people. Printing is often the most dreaded part of the process of self publishing, thanks to them I always looked forward to being at the press! Sai Paranjpye had an undeniable influence on the sensibilities and treatment of Zoo, especially with 'Chashme Baddoor'. Aditi @goodbadcomics gave her a copy of Zoo#3 at a screening❤️ The first mail from Brian in 2021 asking for Zoo#1, little did we know. Brian played a big role in spreading the Zoo virus wide across. Always thankful for him! My comics were my big 'F you' to the art world, to its mumbo jumbo white cube gibberish intersectional multi disciplinary nonsense. I somehow ended up in two museum shows on comics. But I'm not complaining! Got to bring Zoo from the online world to a physical space on my terms thanks to the always welcoming and giving @shackhq and @raiabhisheka The most recent development is of course that Zoo#5 got nominated for 'Outstanding Comic' at the Ignatz Awards! If you resonated with the work, please do consider voting for Zoo! The link to sign up for the ballot is in my bio! Thank you! by @anandpagalkutta

'Tsunami of Death' out now!! Link to buy in bio! Published by @kushkomikss, this is a A6 sized, full color 24 pager. I had a great time working on this one! The cover is inspired by the book covers of Surendra Kumar Pathak's. Pulp mystery fans, flawed mentors, and a dinner gone, buy this mini comic to go through it all🙏🏽 by @anandpagalkutta
