The Conscious Shift is back after a long hiatus! 🌱 And I’m sharing one of the biggest business and marketing trends I’ve been observing: The Economy of Belonging. From branded running clubs to sauna raves and community dinners, people are craving IRL connection. From @dybrkr being localized to social wellness clubs like @othership and @primalmovesvenice, and apps like @timeleft, the economy of belonging is reshaping how brands build community and stay culturally relevant. JUST Watching Gemini Omni drop… ☕️👀 by @anasallescreates
This is not a gentle new beginning. It is a wild reset. ☄️ Tonight is a new moon eclipse and the Year of the fire Horse begins. Are you ready to run towards what is true? 🐎 Expect rapid shifts 💫 Unexpected endings 💥 Sudden clarity that feels inconvenient 🤯 Not to shame you But to liberate you Happy New Year 🎊 by @anasallescreates
We are collectively hitting a wall. The thrill of being “perceived” has worn off, replaced by a desire to simply be. Posting without a clear intention now feels unnecessary. Constant visibility no longer reads as success; it reads as noise. We built the most sophisticated tools for connection in history, yet often used them to isolate ourselves behind a wall of curated perfection. We spent fifteen years feeding the Digital Avatar. We realized too late that we were starving the Human. I wrote more about this in my last Substack. Read more in the link in bio or comment HUMAN by @anasallescreates
The era of the "Endurance Leader" is over. 🥀 For a long time, the story we told women was simple: keep going. When I arrived in the U.S. in 2016, the Girlboss era promised us that grit and taste could bend the rules of business. We claimed our space, but it came with a hidden tax: leadership required emotional neutrality and overriding our own biology to stay productive. Ten years later, the market is correcting. Soft power is no longer a "nice-to-have". It is the new hard strategy. The massive capital shift we are seeing isn't moving toward "wellness"; it’s moving toward Biological Alignment. In my latest post on The Conscious Shift (link in bio), I explore why the next generation of value creation belongs to those who lead with both precision and softness. I even asked Gemini to help me visualize this evolution. This image co-created with the "Nano Banana" captures exactly what I mean: leadership that doesn't sacrifice the flower for the stone. 🌸 Read the full deep dive: "Soft Power Is the New Hard Strategy" at my bio.site by @anasallescreates
Making some room for the unimaginable, just like Mary Oliver 💨 by @anasallescreates
Okay, this is not a 2016 post, but honestly, I miss the playful Ana who moved to NYC back then. She knew how to have FUN. Life has been… a lot. 🫠 So much noise in my feed and 10k tabs open in my mind... I don’t know when I started wearing this serious face. Maybe my “Strategic Overthinking” brain has been working overtime… or maybe this strict wellness regime isn’t actually feeding my soul. But the playful Ana inside wants to come back to life. She’s been sending me wake-up calls, like falling asleep and waking up to random Little Prince animations. She “whispers in my ears”: I miss playing. I miss making stuff just for the sake of making it. Not for money or likes… just for fun. So, hi. If you don’t know me, I’m Ana. 👋 and this is my new IG. If you know me, you know I’m usually the strategist helping brands and people break through the noise. But I am also a traveler who loves landscape photography, poetry, and deep life reflections. I have multiple skills, but simply put: I like to MAKE THINGS… on my laptop, in the kitchen, or with my hands. So why not turn this inactive IG profile into a personal space for my Imagination? ✨ This is now my inner “Laboratory.” 🧪✨ It’s where the woman who went to F.I.T., made it in NYC, became a digital nomad, chased the sun in LA, and survived Texas 🤠, comes to dump her creations. We’re in this wild era of consumption, but true fulfillment comes from creation. I was always known as a curator, but my joy goes beyond beautiful mood boards. And yeah, I know. “AI art has no soul.” But you still need a human with a sense of aesthetic and art direction to make good content. And let’s be honest, it is fun to play around and prompt. I plan to package up the magic and share the cheat codes (prompts, prints, the works) because it is time for everyone to meet their inner artist. 🧑‍🎨 Here, you will see a combination of illustration, photography, and some deep reflections (like in my Substacks — link in bio). If you’re here for the weirdness, the imagination… or just tired of your serious headshots with plastic skin and want a photo of you in this alternative universe, drop a ‘MAKE ME WEIRD’ in the comments 👇 by @anasallescreates
We are walking into 2026 without a map. The old career ladders are burning, and the algorithms are getting louder. It is easy to feel like we are losing our footing. But I’ve realized that when the external systems shake, the only thing that truly holds is the internal structure we build within ourselves. This isn’t a recession; it’s a revolution of identity. I’m stepping into this new year with a shift in this space, too. I am moving away from just "archiving" my life and toward sharing what I am actively building: my writing, my questions, and my experiments in creative living. You will see more of my mind here. More co-creations, like this visual series, dreamed up in partnership with Gemini. My first Substack article of the year for "The Conscious Shift", The End of Work as We Knew It, is waiting for you. It is a reflection on agency, sovereignty, and the art of staying human in an automated world. Read it at the link in bio. 🕯️ #ConsciousLiving #substackwriter #CreativeAgency #aiartcommuníty #GeminiArt by @anasallescreates
