I just voted, and seeing my name on the ballot is a special and emotional moment for me. As a Mexican immigrant and single mom, I never thought this would be possible. It means so much to me and my family. Serving my community has always been in my heart, and regardless of the outcome, that will never change. To everyone who has stood by me and believed in me, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I feel so blessed and grateful! 🙏🏼 Voting is a right we should never take for granted. Please get out and VOTE! Your voice matters! 🗳️💪🏼 by @anatorres.montebellod3
Montebello is where I raised my family, opened my small business, and built a life. Today, I’m asking for your vote to serve the city I call home. I’m running to make City Hall easier to reach, give local businesses a voice in decisions that affect them, and make sure residents hear directly from their councilmember about what’s happening in their neighborhoods. To everyone who opened their door, shared a concern, or told me what they want to see change in Montebello, thank you. Those conversations are what I’ll carry with me to City Hall. Vote Ana Torres for Montebello City Council, District 3. 🗳️ Montebello es mi hogar. Aquí formé mi familia y abrí mi negocio. Two years of Organica! 💚 My heart is full of gratitude as I reflect on our 2nd anniversary celebration. Organica was born from my own personal health journey. As a cancer survivor, I know firsthand how important our health is. After facing my own health challenges, I began making changes to my lifestyle and became more conscious of what I was putting into my body. For years, I found myself driving to Pasadena, West Los Angeles, and Orange County just to find organic, healthy food options. I kept asking myself, why can’t we have these same options right here in Montebello? Two years ago, I decided to turn that question into a reality and open Organica in the community I love and call home. My vision was simple: to make organic, healthy food more accessible to our community and share with others what has helped me along my own wellness journey. Today, Organica is so much more than a juice bar. It’s a place where we come together, learn, connect, and encourage one another to live healthier lives. To everyone who has supported us, walked through our doors, attended our workshops, or simply believed in our mission, THANK YOU! You are the reason we continue to grow. As we celebrate two years, I’m reminded that sometimes our greatest challenges can lead us to something beautiful. Here’s to another year of health, community, and making a positive difference, one healthy choice at a time! Ana 🌿 by @anatorres.montebellod3
