26 rotations around the disco ball 🪩🎂

the equivalent of the anxiety you get at fair rides. I fully believe my frontal lobe cortex is still under construction. And the insurance to fix it is gone! I just keep throwing darts without looking, but slowly i will strike my bullseye.
in the end, I’m forever grateful for my little corner of life. i have so much to look forward being surrounded by the most generous loving and incredible souls 🫶💕
i’m no one without my people
This is my space and this is who i am, a collection of memories and stardust

📸 / as always these couldn’t be a reality without the magic @michelle_x_cross touch. she’s the real artist

no but fr my heart is so excited for year 2. The magic, silliness, and closeness, makes this festival truly home like no other. I can’t wait to see all my homies bouncing around to some good tunes

S/o @griz for blessing Virginia with a festival well fitting its people🦋✨ and s/o
@rythmcitycollective for being the forefront in bass music in the state, cuz if it wasn’t for you guys IDK where i’d be

who would’ve thought that a group of brasilian y2k medieval princesses thrown in the back of a van in nyc would end up at a wedding in alx??

Beautiful Girls blasting(u can’t hear it but it’s the video in last slide), cheeks hurting, repeating rhythms playing, and a whole lot of caipirinhas. All culminating with an overflowing cup of love for the most beautiful bride

But really, the silence that comes with vast open land is undeniably addicting and i’m inching to feel it again.

I got to witness art beyond my comprehension. Myriad of lines carved straight, million of years ago, by nature that has existed well before human consciousness did. Did they know they were building perfect layers across multiple miles of mountains? Did they know many more were to come? That dinosaur and I stood in the same place yet shared completely different landscapes.

Walking within terrain that I could only describe as extraterrestrial, and having to come to terms with the fact that it’s here. Everywhere. For us to discover, enjoy, take care of and learn from.
And there’s so much more left to discover by @anaxmal

i hope your summer stays bricked up 😮‍💨

per usual, i’m late posting lol

this was a long overdue trip back to a city i’ve missed for years! thought i’d be running around nonstop, but ended up just posted in the sun most of the time. sometimes slowing down hits #harder than rushing.

finallyyy caught i hate models 🥹 we’ve been chasing him since january and it was everything i hoped for.
ALSO GESAFFELSTEIN?!!?!?? best set of the weekend that mans stage presence is something else

that being said, after my first east coast fest, i can’t lie … i don’t think i’ll be running back to an insomniac event of this caliber anytime soon. or maybe it’s the fact it was in dead center LA, but when profit outweighs the people, it shows. felt more like a blown-up moonrise (and not the golden years). weekends like this are a good reminder of why small, curated, community-first events are the heartbeat of this scene, and the ones that actually make it thrive🌠
but as always, happy to dance and blend into the music by @anaxmal

on duty fun🍾

twas a fun run to be an ember bottle server. best life-work balance when your life is music driven ♥️
i dropped two bottles on my first night 😅 they DIDNT BREAK THo!!!
nevertheless i persevered and got to enjoy working there for a year .. plus had the opportunity to meet so many of my fav artists and work alongside some of the coolest people in the city 🥹

it was real and it was fun … but … you know how the saying goes.

on to better tings 🙂‍↕️

October ➡️ Denver dumpy funpy

Some highlights:

-The Mask Costume 2.0. If any of you remember, i did this two years ago but re-did it to participate in PLF’s costume contest. arrived 10 minutes too late💀💀. but from what every person i saw that night told me, I would’ve been the winner 💯
- “are you the green goblin?”

- Celebrated the mushroom fire queen @fruitofthemush while bathing in the same minerals that thomas jefferson’s butt touched #iykyk

- Got my car broken into w/ my purse and backpack getting stolen during the afters for Eprom and Onhell. That night was a true dichotomy of life.. if it wasn’t for a great night already had, i would’ve been ready to end it all
(my venmo is in my bio if anybody is feeling generous and would like to help me with my car repair and personal replacement expenses 😓)

- 🎶 I killed Sirius Black 🎶

- Traveled to visit my emotional support clown @________llamas for a WHOLE WEEEEK!!! and also to experience my first Red Rocks Show @ofthetreesmusic. …… Yet the Snow had other plans and took that RR show from me (and so many others😭)

- Finally engulfed in a genuine hard techno show after multiple failed attempts with @y2kparadise and it was for none other than the Queen @saralandrydj IN DENVER!!! Top the whole night off by having met some amazing friends and sharing new memories I’ll cherish forever 🎶 (yes i know the video i posted of her is not techno, just wanted to show how insane she ended her set)

- Still got to bask in the presence of @ofthetreesmusic in two very distinct formats that would’ve been almost unrealistic to dream off in this time period. Blaap sent me into a coma, while Treebox ascended me into the heavens.

- Laughter, Lasers, Lime scooters, and Orb
- Animals in Heat dancing around Disco Balls
- Salt Rims, Shapes, and Snow
- A museum visit where I could really sit and appreciate the art 😉🪑 #artyoucansiton

- 2nd to last pic is the only picture me mika and V took “together” all week. i promise we are good friends 🤦‍♀️ by @anaxmal

It’s been 2 years since my beautiful baby (brother) walked the rainbow bridge. Being an only child, Jacobo was the support that i so desperately needed going through such transitional period of my childhood. Unknowingly adopted him 2 years before I made my life changing move to a whole new country and culture. He grew up with me, as we both tackled english as our new primary language. He made himself known as the little beast he was and bit Mark the second he was freed from his kennel after arriving in the airport. He had to make sure Marksito was up for the challenge 😂
Sure he was small.. a little shit if you may, but we loved him even more for his funky personality.
Moving back home recently has been bittersweet as i’m now finding gaps where he would fill them with barks, cuddles, begs, and bites. His smell in his blankets and bed is so faint now, and his barks long gone. Yet, my memory holds tightly onto them as if he were still around me. Which i know he is. Mi niño hermosho te extraño mucho. I know you’re keeping nuestra abelita some company while eating all the mandarins you want💞🖤 by @anaxmal

triki triki halloween! quiero dulces para mí! y si no me das! te robo la nariz!! 💀👻🎃

She is both hellfire and holy water. The flavor you taste just depends on how you treat her.

i’m still unable to be act normal when looking at the art @michelle_x_cross and i created 🥹✨💞 What best way to memorialize such an important chapter of my life than with the help of an incredibly talented photographer, and even greater and loving friend??
I was so lucky to have Mich flick me up around my (dream apartment) Loft before i moved out of RVA😣. truly capturing my love for it and it’s incredibly unmatched character. I love u my lil sketchy balcony
