✨ memories that will last forever ✨
So proud of everything I’ve achieved, not just with my physique but my mindset and everything in my career and other projects. We maybe in the reverse but I can’t wait to build an even better body.
This body was and is built whilst being full time cabin crew with a 4 hour commute… a lot of people say ‘I couldn’t do that’ but trust me if I can do it, you can 🤝 by @andpose.co.uk

And now about the show.. What an emotion.. 🥹😭 This is definitely just the new beginning of my career as an athlete. Being in the first callout - and ending 7th from 13 absolutely stunning girls.. at my fit model pro debut… like.. WOW.. 🥹 I had no idea how this wil go, I didn’t know if I will match the criteria and fit in, I didn’t know if this is for me.. It has been very hard mentally to prep for this debut.. especially as being my own coach.. but absolutely worth it..

A few months ago I contacted pro Olympian judges, I spoke to high level coaches from the industry - and they all told me this is not for me - “your legs are too big, you have muscle and it will be hard to downsize, you are bikini, continue with bikini..” in the same time my intuition was saying the opposite - I had a feeling that this is exactly for me..
I am glad to have friends around me that supported me and saw my vision for moving into this category - there is definitely more work to do to match the criteria better Also improve my posing and I am looking forward to do that.

But this first callout meant so so much for me! It meant that I am on the right track, on the right place and I am here to stay!

I love competing.. and I am looking forward to be getting on stage again again and again! 🥹

The Main thing is I feel healthy - this prep was 6 weeks, nothing extreme.. this is very maintainable and healthy for me and I want to represent this! I want to represent health and femininity. That’s why I chose bikini in the past - the category evolved and I lost that.. and I am super happy we have this back with the new fit model category…

And now.. back to work as we are only a few weeks out! 🥹💜

Thanks to the best @andpose.co.uk for my incredible bikini!! 💜✨ by @andpose.co.uk

Lotte is on a mission this off-season to grow some glutes, and 12 weeks in, I think we’re making some crazy moves 🍑

The progress here is pretty wild. 12 weeks of work, 5kg up since she stepped off stage, and one mission: grow those glutessss😎

She needs more mass all over. But her glutes were a big focus for us coming into this off-season, so she comes back even more competitive for the 2027 season. This year was her first ever season with the NPC and she did absolutely phenomenal, but I know she’s capable of more.

We knew exactly what needed work coming off the back of stage, and we got to work. We changed the approach to training massively, especially how we’re hitting the glutes. This is probably the most responsive she’s ever been to a protocol, and the leanest she’s managed to stay post-show. I’m really happy with the level of progress we’ve achieved in such a short space of time.

Ladies, this is a prime example of how, if you do your reverse correctly, the first 16–20 weeks post-show can be extremely advantageous. You just need the right approach and consistency. Exhibit A: Lotte 😊

We’re off to a flying start this off-season and in a very solid position: super healthy inside and out, which is exactly what we want 💪 by @andpose.co.uk

I had the beautiful Bianca down today with her mini me for some posing rounds, 4 weeks out 🔥

All we were working on today was perfecting the tiny details. The progress she’s made this year alone since coming off stage in 2025 has honestly been phenomenal, and I’m extremely confident in her heading into this show. Her posing is overall very smooth, so today was about the fine-tuning small tweaks to make her physique stand out that bit more and put the emphasis exactly where it needs to be.

On top of NPC, Bianca is adding a new division this season and doing PCA as well, to get a feel for which one suits her best. The prep has been dialled in from day one, and I’ve got no doubt it’s going to finish the same way 💪

Funny thing is, Bianca told me she doesn’t want prep to end, because she’s enjoying the journey so much. And honestly, that’s what it’s about. The more seasons, shows and off-seasons you put in, the more confident you get, and the more you fall in love with the process.

4 weeks out. We’ve got a little more to come off the physique, nothing major. But in terms of posing and the overall package, the way she’s going to present on stage is going to be special🔥 by @andpose.co.uk
