There is nowhere else in Ireland delivering a Level 3 Award in Education & Training like this! 🤍

This is SO MUCH MORE than just gaining a qualification 📈

I’ve completed Train the Trainer with two different academies, and once I received my certificate, that was it. I was left to figure everything else out on my own.

How do I create a course?

How do I write a training manual?

How do I price my course?

How do I market it?

How do I actually get students?

These are the questions nobody answered.

That’s exactly why I’ve created a programme that’s different.

Not only will you gain your Level 3 Award in Education & Training, but you’ll also receive 6 weeks of mentoring, where I’ll guide you through building your own training business.

Together we’ll cover:

✨ Creating your own accredited course

✨ Writing your training manuals

✨ Designing your certificates

✨ Pricing your courses

✨ Setting up payment plans

✨ Marketing and social media

✨ Building the confidence to launch

Because getting qualified is one thing…

Actually building a successful training academy is another.

September Dates

📍 7th September – Online Training Day

📍 14th September – In-Person Microteach Day

Investment: €1,497

A €500 deposit secures your place, with the remaining balance payable over three months.

If becoming an educator has been on your heart, comment TEACH below or send me a DM, and I’ll send you all the details. by @andreabeautymentor

Over the last few weeks there are lots of new faces here following me, so I want to properly reintroduce myself… not just the business version… the real version 🤍

First and foremost, I’m a Christian 🙋‍♀️

I’ve been a born again Christian for 18 years. My walk has been far from perfect but God has never let me wander too far!
Jesus is my Lord and Saviour, and everything in my life and business flows from that ✝️

My faith is my anchor.
It’s what carried me through the hardest seasons of my life. 🙏
It’s what guides every decision I make!
And it’s the foundation of how I build.

Nothing I do is separate from God, he is the centre of it all xxx

After that… I’m a mammy & a partner

My family are my whole world.

Every risk I’ve taken, every salon I’ve opened, every programme I’ve created… it has always been for one thing:

Freedom with them.

Not just money.
Not just success.
But time.

Time to be present.
Time to travel.
Time to actually live.

We don’t just take the odd little holiday… when we travel we do it properly 🏝️

The Maldives (every year ✨), Mexico, Australia… creating memories together instead of waiting for “someday”.

And that didn’t happen by accident.

It happened because I decided to build businesses that support our life… not businesses that trap me inside them.

Over the years I’ve built salons in Northern Ireland, Dublin 4 and inside Google HQ.
I run an academy.
I teach young adults in schools through my Dare to DRE’am programme.
I mentor beauty business owners.
And this year I’m going all in on my Beauty Business Accelerator (BBA) 🔥🔥🔥

But here’s what I truly believe…

Business is 95% mindset and 5% strategy.

That’s why you’ll also see me talk about nutrition, running, taking my supplements daily, protecting my energy and looking after my body.

Because you can’t build a strong business from a burnt out mind or body.

For me, it’s all connected.

Faith.
Health.
Mindset.
Business.
Freedom.
Travel.
Family.

That’s The Dre-Way.

If you’re here for growth, beauty, business or building life on your terms…. You are sooooo welcome here 🤍🤍🤍🤍

Over the last few years I’ve learned the hard way how to actually run a beauty business properly.

Not just treatments.
The business side.

Mindset.
Systems.
Structure.
Consistency.

The stuff nobody really shows you when you first start.

I’ve had a salon in Northern Ireland, one in Dublin 4, and now my clinic inside Google headquarters.

So everything I teach comes from actually doing it, not guessing.

I’ve also invested thousands into courses, mentors and trainings over the years, figuring all of this out… so you don’t have to ✨

And here’s what I see with nearly every salon owner I talk to…

You’re flat out all day
Answering messages at night
Chasing payments
Dealing with last minute cancellations
Posting when you remember
Winging your prices
And still wondering why the money isn’t consistent

It’s exhausting 😮‍💨
And it doesn’t have to be like that.

For a long time I’ve been helping people quietly behind the scenes… one to one, voice notes, little bits of advice here and there.

But I kept thinking… why am I not just teaching this properly?

So this is me actually doing it ✨

I’m officially launching
The Beauty Business Accelerator (BBA) 6 months mentorship!

And every week you’re live with me inside the programme:

✨ Sunday night – mindset calls
✨ Monday – strategy and putting proper systems in place, salon growth
✨ Wednesday – book club and learning together
✨Me in your DM’s on the daily
✨ High accountability WhatsApp group

Three live calls every week, which is rare to find in most programmes. Proper support. Not pre recorded.

So you’re not trying to figure it all out on your own 🤍

If you’re ready to stop winging it and start running your business properly, message me “BBA”🤍

Back at Dóchas today ❤️

After the amazing response to my Dare to DRE’am programme last week, it looks like I’ll be spending a lot more of my time here, and I couldn’t be happier!

I’ve worked so hard over the years to get to this point. So many times I’ve tried to push doors open myself, but when God opens a door, no one can shut it. 🙏

This is where my heart is. Helping people who have faced barriers in life see that their past doesn’t have to define their future. Amazing breakthroughs today with the ladies 🤍

Dare to DRE’am is going from strength to strength, and I’ve some big decisions ahead.

I absolutely love my beauty clients, but I can’t split myself in two. After so many years behind the beauty chair, I feel it’s time to put my experience into something bigger. Gods plan 🙏

And there’s something BIG coming for me in the beauty industry too! Teaching, mentoring and helping other beauty professionals build something of their own.

I’m not leaving the beauty industry behind. I’m just finding a new way to use everything it’s taught me.

So much to look forward to, and so grateful to God for every door He’s opening. ❤️🙏 by @andreabeautymentor

What an amazing day in the North East Inner City! 🤍

Such a lovely opportunity to share my heart behind Dare to DRE’am, talk about why I created this programme and the difference I hope to make through it 🤍

From doing brows and nails to being interviewed by @dublinlive_ , it was a day full of lovely conversations and opportunities with salt of the earth people 🙏

A special mention to Olivia Brody, who has been such an incredible support and advocate for the work I do. Having people who genuinely believe in what you’re trying to achieve means more than they’ll ever know. 🤍

I’m so passionate about giving people opportunities they might never have thought possible for themselves.

Your past does not define your future. ✨

Dare To DRE’am has gone nationwide….. to God be the glory 🙌 by @andreabeautymentor

This week will stay with me for the rest of my life. 🤍
Friday I was in the Dochas women’s prison teaching mindset, yesterday I ran 42K in the Dublin Marathon, and today, by the grace of God, I was on my feet sharing His Word in Oberstown detention campus. Even the staff couldn’t believe how well I was moving around. God Is sooo good 🙏

Today I was invited to share my testimony and share from the Word of God. Haven’t given my testimony in YEARS!

I brought along a journal my pastor gave me when I was 25, with Jeremiah 29:11 written on the front. Back then, I desperately wanted to believe that God had plans to give me hope and a future. Today, I can stand here and say He has answered the prayers I once wrote in that journal. He has given me the desires of my heart, and I have a peace today that I never thought possible 🤍

I stood before around 40 young people today and shared some of the rawest parts of my life. You could have heard a pin drop. The respect they showed me was something else 🙏 Even the staff stopped to acknowledge it and commend them. It meant so much to me 🥲

But what touched my heart most was afterwards. So many came forward to hug me, shake my hand and thank me 🤍

I looked those young people in the eyes today and told each of them, “You are loved. You are so loved by God. Your past does not define you. Your mistakes do not define you. Your story is not over.”

Because we serve a God of second, third, fourth and fifth chances. There is ALWAYS hope in Jesus.

There was a time in my own life when I felt completely hopeless. Today I understand that even the most painful parts of my story can be used to bring hope to somebody else.

And of course, I couldn’t leave without a little pampering! 😂 They’re like pampered pooches now, and they’ve already got me coming back to do their eyebrows!

I went in today praying that God would use me to touch even one heart. I walked away knowing this was one of the most special days of my life.

Every bit of glory belongs to God. 🤍

Jeremiah 29:11 🙏

Thank you @ruthanneb888 for the connection, thank you @thats_me_to_a_t you are one of Gods earth angels, to the staff who are all legends especially pastor John by @andreabeautymentor

Marathon number 3! 🏅 4:08:03…..my fastest yet! ❤️

42K!!!! A km for every year of my life! 🥹

The last few weeks have been such a mental battle. Carrying a calf injury and thinkin I wouldn’t even make the start line. God love my family, I put them through it all with me! 😂

So to cross that finish line with a personal best means the world. ❤️

A massive thank you to my little entourage, Alan @kingsandqueensofthestreet Ella @elladoyle._ @seany_brennan my son Casey my coach @wayne_waldron8 and @jennifer__fay_ and my beautiful club @sheriff_street_running_club 🤍

My dad, my aunty @angela.ryan.9693 my bro n sis @zarakellybronso love yas dearly 🙏

And that last picture… that’s me two years ago, after having my baby. 🥹 Running has changed so much more than my body. It’s changed how I see myself, what I believe I’m capable of and the woman I’ve become.

Never underestimate what you can achieve when you keep showing up for yourself. 🤍

Thank you, God! 🙏 by @andreabeautymentor

Today, a dream I’ve carried in my heart for two and a half years finally came true. 🥹🤍

After two and a half years of knocking on doors, today I finally got to bring my Dare to DRE’am mindset programme into Dóchas Women’s Prison.

And what a day it was! To see firsthand the impact these tools had on the women and how much they took from today’s session meant more to me than I can put into words. The session went so well that I’ve already been asked to come back next week. 🥹

A special thank you to my friend Alan @alanmorgan7924 who knows my heart and the years I’ve spent volunteering in addiction services. He knows how much this work means to me and how long I’ve wanted to make this happen.

Today was a reminder of why I never gave up, even when the doors weren’t opening.

When you know in your heart that what you’re doing can make a difference in someone else’s life, you keep going.

Every knock on those doors was worth it today with the connection I made with these women 🤍

God is good. 🙏 by @andreabeautymentor

Some days I just stand back in awe of what God is doing. 🥹🤍

The doors He’s opening, the people He’s connecting me with and the opportunities He’s bringing my way.

Dare to DRE’am is something I’ve had on my heart for years. I’ve always wanted to help women who have been through difficult times see that their past doesn’t have to define their future 🤍

I know what it’s like to come from difficult circumstances, and I know how much can change when you begin to see yourself and your life differently, through Gods eyes!

That’s why this programme is about so much more than learning beauty skills. It’s about renewing your mind, finding your confidence again and believing there’s still so much ahead of you.

Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us that God has plans to give us hope and a future. 🤍

And that’s what I want every woman I come in contact with to know 🙏

God is at the centre of it all. He’s the driving force behind this vision, and watching Him open these doors means more to me than words can say. 🥹🤍

A “day off” in the life of a mam 😂🤍

28K with the running gang this morning 🏃🏻‍♀️ Home to breastfeed my 2 year old, changed and straight back out the door.

To the mams training for marathons, raising babies, breastfeeding, running businesses, keeping a home and juggling a million things in between… I see you. 🤍

It’s full on, but what a privilege to have a life so full.

Now off to March for Jesus 🙏🏼✝️
If anyone wants to join us, we’re meeting at the Garden of Remembrance at 1:30pm. Come along and let’s fill the streets for the King of Kings 👑🤍

A little appreciation post for a very special lady 🤍

Some people come into your life and you just know God placed them there for a reason. Sonya Dillon is one of those people for me 🤍 @buildingrecoverycommunities

Sonya has taken me under her wing, believed in my Dare to DRE’am programme and opened doors for me that I honestly could never have imagined. Helped me gain connection after connection 🙏

My Dare to DRE’am – Beauty & the Breakthrough programme brings together beauty skills, mindset and personal development, with iTEC-accredited qualifications recognised in over 40 countries. I’ve now had the privilege of bringing it into HSE supported recovery services across Dublin, and seeing the impact it’s having is something I’ll never take for granted 🤍

And my good friend @alanmorgan7924, our friendship spans years, and it was him who made that initial introduction. One introduction that has led to so much more. I’ll always be grateful to him for believing in me and what I’m trying to do. Thanks from the bottom of my heart 🙏

The crazy part is, my Dare to DRE’am programme is only getting its legs. There are HUGE things in the pipeline that I can’t even speak about yet, and they’re not plans I made (for once 🤣). These are opportunities being suggested and brought to me and doors being opened that are bigger than anything I had planned myself.

I genuinely get emotional when I think about it. I’m so grateful for Sonya, Alan and every person God has placed in my path. I truly feel like I’ve found my purpose in this work. 🤍

Your past does not define your future 🥺🙏

The Farmasi makeup got its first proper outing today and I absolutely LOVE it 🤍

I was actually supposed to be talking on video today, which is why I had the full face on 😂 but it’s been pushed back for now.

And for anyone who was wondering why I was sharing old photos on my stories last night… there was a reason.

I’ve been working on something behind the scenes for the last few weeks that has meant going right back through my whole story. Back to parts of my life I genuinely thought I had closed the door on forever.

Where I came from. What I’ve walked through. What I’ve lost. What I’ve overcome. And everything it has taken to get me to where I am today.

It’s brought up a LOT of emotion 💔 This isn’t something I can just throw together, I have to pour my literal heart and soul into it because it’s my life, my story and everything I’ve learned along the way.

But I finally feel ready to use all of it to meet women exactly where they are and help the women I know I’m called to serve.

Nothing was wasted 🤍

Watch this space… 🙏 by @andreabeautymentor
