POSTS STORIES REELS

5 years ago today, I ventured into the world of all things sound healing.

I didn’t have it all figured out before I started. I just took inspired action and followed my passion.

Having spent time slowing down and in deep reflection, I am learning to adjust to the changing landscape in the journey of life. I deeply appreciate the myriad of experiences that have allowed me to grow personally, in my sound practice and offerings.

Although I have taken an intentional break to grow, heal, restore, and connect, I feel a renewed sense of excitement about what lies ahead. I am feeling propelled to new goals and challenges.

Shifting how we do things can be daunting, but that’s how we evolve.

(Swipe through to see some of my journey over the years I’m so grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to bring people together in shared sound experiences. First pic was before I cut off my hair 😊)

How are you feeling about the new chapters or shifts unfolding in your own life right now? 🧡🌕🫶🏾

Deep Rest is Back!
Sound Bath & Reiki Collaboration – 2026 🕯️

I’m offering just four sessions this year, intentionally created to honour balance between family life, everyday work, and creative wellbeing spaces I love to facilitate.

Each session is a quiet invitation to slow down, soften, and reset.

Join @crystalbelx and me for a deeply restorative sound bath, where I’ll guide you with Alchemy and Clear Crystal Bowls and improvised, intuitive vocals, allowing you to drift into rest.

As you’re immersed in sound, Annabel will offer 1:1 Reiki healing, gently supporting your body’s natural ability to heal and recalibrate.

75 minutes of rest and nourishment

Fridays:
27 Feb • 22 May • 28 Aug • 27 Nov

Winter Solstice Sound Bath ❄️✨
Final sound bath of the year

Friday 19th December | 7–8pm

This year has asked me to slow down and gently release old stories that once held me back. I’ve been learning how to trust my own intuition, the wisdom of rest, of slowing down, of going within.

Winter Solstice meets us at a time when the world tells us to do all the things, to plan and prepare for Christmas, while nature does the opposite and becomes still.

What if we took moments this season to slow everything down, to hibernate, and to be held in stillness? What if we chose rest?

This sound bath is an offering for deep rest and reflection. Restful magic through the soothing power of sound, crystalline tones and a gentle voice creating a sense of peace, softness, and ease, even as the world outside remains busy.

Will you join us in this moment of stillness? ❄️✨

What if you gave yourself one hour of pure stillness this month? It would be lovely to see you 😊

Rhythms of Rest: Voice & Sound Bath
Friday 19th September | 19:00–20:00

I hope you’ve enjoyed a lovely summer break and for those of you with children, I hope you had some special, quality time together. As we start preparing them to go back to school and or home education, it’s even more important to carve out a little time for yourself. I especially know this as a mum giving yourself space to rest isn’t a luxury, it’s essential.

This is the second of three sessions I’m holding at the wonderful @yogawellbeingwhitstable this year and the last one felt so special.

September brings the Autumn Equinox, a change in seasons which supports us to look inwards at our growth. As the leaves fall from the trees, we can learn to let go of what no longer serves us with gratitude and reflection as we take stock of the year so far.

At this time we are reminded about balancing our own internal and external journey. Together we will honour the shift of the season, soften into stillness, and let the sounds carry us into deep rest.

Crystal bowls plus voice create a space to pause, release, and restore.

This is your moment. Come as you are.

After some time away, I’m happy to share that I am back. Slowly and intentionally @yogawellbeingwhitstable

I haven’t been holding many workshops this year, but I’m deeply looking forward to offering a space for people to pause, reflect, and set intentions for this period of summer.

This Friday marks my first session back, and I’d love to see those of you who feel called to join.

🌿
Rhythms of Rest: Voice & Sound Bath
Friday 27th June
19:00 to 20:00

A gentle and intentional space to honour the natural cycles of the year through sound, stillness and reflection.

In this 1-hour session, I’ll guide you to connect with the energy of the season, set personal intentions and surrender into deep rest through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and the warmth of my voice.

These sessions follow the seasonal turning points summer and winter solstices, and the autumn equinox inviting you to tune into nature’s rhythm.

Give yourself the gift of stillness and sound.
And if this new workshop calls you, I would love to see you there. I’ve been moving gently this year with just a few sessions, which makes this one all the more special to me.

With love,
Andrea x

I had such a great time playing the gong today with the wonderful @we_offer_wellness and @lizisage at the Kent wellness festival. It was a full house, and I’m so thankful to have been invited to play and for everyone who joined us. I am so grateful that I get to play these amazing sacred instruments in community with others 🙏🏾💛 by @andrearoye_

Such a lovely day spent connecting these beautiful gongs both so powerful and beautiful to play.

Really grateful to @lizisage for trusting me to play them, for sharing her space and giving me some amazing tips. I really appreciated the time to explore and practice ahead of @kentwellnessfestival. Of course we had to have my favourite chocolates Maltesers to keep us energised 😆

Big thanks to Ian from @we_offer_wellness for the opportunity 🙏🏾

Can’t wait for the event, playing alongside such wonderful gong players.

🌿Finding peace in the discomfort one note at a time🎵

Lately, life has sent me on a deeper journey of discovery and another layer of shedding the belief of not feeling good enough.

The situation has been uncomfortable, and I’ve been called to make myself more visible and take up space. Let me tell you, this has not been easy for me to do, and my inner critic has been shouting at the top of her lungs!

It’s definitely felt like a road full of potholes. There are days when I feel like I’m making progress, and days when it feels like I’ve hit a rough patch in the road.

But for anyone who may relate to this, know that it takes courage to liberate yourself from years of conditioning around self-worth and feeling like you’re not good enough. For many of us, this can stem from childhood.

It’s an emotional process that involves forgiveness, self-acceptance, self-compassion, and vulnerable connection with others.

So I invite you to embrace yourself. Give yourself a butterfly hug. Engage in creative activities that you find soothing. But most importantly remember that you are worthy and lovable. You are 100% worthy of all the things you desire.

Wishing you lots of love, peace and ease 💙 by @andrearoye_

In a world with so much happening, it can be hard to come back to ourselves. To really sit with the emotional wounds we carry. The ones that can shape how we see the world and how we respond to it, often without us even realising.

Sometimes we only look at what affects our immediate circle. We move forward with our lives, believing the world outside our personal circle doesn’t require our attention. But the truth is, we are all connected. Every community, every struggle, every joy it all affects us in ways we may not always immediately see.

So how do we take care of ourselves and each other? How do we love, not just on the surface, but deeply? Who are we becoming?

First, I believe we need to come back to our own hearts.
Not loving ourselves from ego, but from truth.
By slowing down enough to notice what’s really there. Because before we can truly show up for others, we need to be aware of ourselves. That means noticing the parts of us that are hurting, the parts that get overlooked in the pace of everyday life. And meeting those parts with honest compassionate reflection.

That day, when I was out filming something I’ve always dreamed of doing. (I’ll share more in time but it was a dream coming to life). And while the original intention was to create something in nature, to express and share my crystal singing bowls and my voice it became something much deeper.

As I sat there in the woods, humming with the birds, letting the sounds of the bowls ripple through the trees, I felt myself returning to something true. The stillness. The connection. Not just to nature, but to myself. To those around me. To life in all its forms. Nature just is. It supports. It sustains. It teaches us how to live in connection, in community.

These are just some of the reflections I’ve been holding. Some of the emotions I’ve been working through. And how our individual experiences often mirror the world outside.

So I leave you with this. How are you connecting with yourself and community lately? What is nature, stillness, or your own heart teaching you in this season?

Sending you all lots of love ♥️

Can you feel the energy of spring?

There’s such beauty in witnessing the transitions of nature and within ourselves. For me, spring is an invitation to welcome new beginnings. After months of stillness and reflection, I can feel that internal shift. Can you feel it too?

I’m feeling drawn to planting seeds, embracing growth, and leaning into the challenges and discomfort that come with it, but with a sense of openness and trust.

Spring is a powerful time for setting intentions and asking ourselves what we want to nurture and create in our lives. Just as the flowers bloom effortlessly, we’re reminded to trust in divine timing and allow things to unfold naturally.

This season invites us to explore life with fresh curiosity and openness. To harness the energy of spring, I’m inviting you to join me for a Spring Sound Bath — a chance to align with this fresh energy, cultivate inner peace, and support the shift into a more relaxed, balanced state.

When: Friday, April 4, 2025 19:00-20:00
Where: New Leaf Support, Unit A, St Michael’s Place, Sittingbourne, Kent

🌸 Only 5 spaces left! Link to book in the bio or DM me for more details. Let’s welcome the renewal of spring together. ✨ by @andrearoye_
