Gentle Hatha Yoga. A gentle practice doesn’t mean a practice without great benefit.
We work deeply, but gently. We take our time, allowing the body to soften.  We don’t push hard. We don’t rush. We don’t compete. We listen and work with the body rather than against it.
So we can practise deeply.
Safely.

Forget-Me-Nots. The first flower name I learnt when I was little. I loved the tinyness of the flower, the delicate colour, their wild and whimsical nature - almost magical.

I am always excited and so grateful when they visit my garden most years - I have a tiny meadow of them in one of my overgrown borders.

Apparently, they symbolise deep emotional connection.
I feel that.
