New PB
First time sub7 🥹✨

I still don’t have words to express how important this moment is in my career… I’ve always dreamed of doing this time, breaking the 7-second barrier, and in recent years it felt very possible, but it just wasn’t happening. Many sessions where I was close, very close, but I couldn’t see the time. Six seconds became a number I saw as both feasible and unreachable at the same time. I even thought I’d never do it, and when I almost hit rock bottom after three competitions, each worse than the last, making me feel like I had no strength left to continue, that I was losing myself in this process, that the reward wouldn’t come, on a day when I felt tired and unmotivated, @professorok told me he wanted to be there when I did my first six, and that it would be that day. I was honestly very skeptical, but I think that’s what I needed: zero expectations and someone by my side who saw it, who believed in me (how important it is to have your coach by your side!). And after a couple of practice runs, we saw each other and knew that day was going to be it. I went for it, I felt it inside, we all felt it there. After a few straight 7.0s, and some mistakes from trying to force it, my coach told me, “Calm down, don’t look for it, it’s inside you. Just go and do what you know how to do one more time...” and bam! My first six! How liberating was the shout I let out, and that hug with my coach, because nobody else knows how hard it’s been, all the times I’ve fallen and gotten back up, how many times I didn’t want to continue and yet I did.
Today I don’t want to share this so you can see how fast I can be, but because of the story behind it, because I hope to spread a message of resilience, to tell you that if you feel you can achieve something, don’t stop until you do, and when you do, look back at everything that led you there. Some paths are harder than others. In my case, I’ve built mine many times alone, seeking the best conditions, sacrificing a lot, all because I knew what I could achieve.

Thanks to ALL the people that was in Big Walls that day 🫂🫶🏻 The energy was amazing!

Campeonato Panamericano ‘24 🥇
(English in comments ⬇️)

“The mountain is like life: when you see the summit from afar, it seems impossible, but if you keep walking, one step at a time, you realize the importance of enjoying the present, and before you know it, you are at the top, enjoying a beautiful view.” 🏔️🌞

PanAmerican Championship 2026 🇧🇷
5th place

Speed can be cruel sometimes
And a huge lesson it teached me constantly is that the final result not always show what your level is or the value of the process and preparation you put into it, and man I really put all my heart for this one ❤️ but this time it didn’t work out

I am proud of myself for showing up with confidence and freedom in my climbing, having my best quali round ever (doing a new international record and best time of the women’s competition) also I got to enjoy not only the comp but the trainings before and the Brazilian environment that made me feel like home🥹🫶🏻

This comp will remain always in my heart ❤️‍🩹

Big hug and all my love & support to the new generations of speed climbers in America and specially South America 🤩 it was a pleasure to compete with all of you guys! The future looks bright! 🫂💪🏼

Congrats to my team mates, specially @carlosgranja74 🥉 (I am so proud of you and thankful for all the comps we did together! Team patas flacas) and @valentinaflores.ec 🥇(thanks for putting Ecuadorian flag on the top of the podium, keep growing guambrita 🥹)

And @valensternik is an honour to be your coach 🙏🏼 you are such a brave and determinate athlete! I am proud of the progress we are doing together and this comp is another step forward 🍝🤙🏼

Thanks to all the people that supported me in every step of this journey 🫶🏻 and my coaches that never stoped believing in me @professorok @v.alecoach

Lately I’ve been struggling with finding that inner fire 🔥that usually help me to push my own limits, that passion and confidence that I can still improve and get faster..this time instead of judging me for not fnding it, I am learning to accept it as part of a final phase of my carrer, and as it is starting to feel more real I just can enjoy all the rest and be present, and I am thankful for my friends and family that remind me this constantly ❤️‍🩹

Btw living the history of my sport hits different… This was the first World Cup with the 4 lane format and the relays competition 🤩 that was definitely fun!

And even if I wasn’t able to find that motivation to compete for myself the first day, the relay team competitions later on, awakened once again that motivation and passion to represent my country 🇪🇨 and put a milestone, maybe inspire the future climbers in Ecuador and South America 🫶🏻

Thanks @xsloba for the amazing pics always ❣️

This time as a coach with the beggining of @valeaguado international season 🥹💪🏼
Is interesting to life comps from the other side, learning how to be there for the athletes, study the routes together, share the emotions, analyze what we did good and what would do better for the next ones 🔜 Innsbruck 🇦🇹
thanks @fasateamandinismo for the trust and @violetonini @fran.climbing argentinian young talents 🇦🇷

I found time in between the rounds to keep training, climb some routes, see the city and try good beer 🍺
I can’t complain.. I love all of this 🥹🫶🏻 by @andrerojas95

First comp of the year for me…
A tough one, the conditions weren’t the best and is not an excuse but I couldn’t adapt and show my current shape

I am proud of how I manage the frustration, all things that happened lately in my life helped me to give a different perspective to all..
Is another comp, life goes on and I’ll keep showing up with a smile and the same passion inside of me 🤙🏼
