Smooth. Balanced. Under control⚾️🔥

Nicholas Fecht | 2032 MIF/OF

Working on staying balanced throughout the swing, keeping his movements clean and staying inside the baseball.

No wasted movement. Just smooth, efficient swings and consistent barrel control.

The little details make a BIG difference📈

Development is a process.
Keep stacking quality reps💪

Santiago Fuenmayor C/1B Parkview HS 2028 —@9thinningbaseball (USF Commit🟢🤟🏽)

Overhand BP with a purpose.

Working on staying through the middle of the field, creating backspin and driving the ball into the center-right gap.

Less pulling off the ball. More staying through it.

Quality contact starts with a quality approach. by @andresfernandez_

Blake Samuda 1B/OF 2028 Tucker HS — NI Royals 17u

First session in and we’re already seeing the swing move in the right direction🔥

Staying into his backside longer instead of leaning forward. A simple adjustment that’s helping him stay balanced and put himself in a better position to drive the baseball.

Building a more efficient swing now. Bigger exit velocities to chase next. 📈

Ready to work on your swing? DM me “HITTING” and let’s get started. ⚾️

Simple moves. Better barrel control. Hard contact.

Nicholas Strok 2029 C/1B (Marist HS)
@nicholasstrok

The biggest improvement isn’t just the exit velocity—it’s how consistently he’s getting the barrel where it needs to be.

Way more control.
Cleaner movements to the ball.
More quality contact.
A lot of balls 90+ MPH, topping out at 97 MPH.

The goal isn’t to create more movement. It’s to make the right movements more efficient and repeatable.

The numbers usually follow. 📈⚾️

If you’re serious about developing as a hitter and want a plan built around your swing, DM me HITTING.

What did you have for breakfast? 👀 by @andresfernandez_

Its not how you start, its how you finish! 🔥🔥 by @andresfernandez_

71 EV ➡️ 85 EV.
+12 lbs this summer.

That didn’t happen by guessing. It came from discipline, consistency and trusting the plan we put together.

We had a goal, attacked it every week?and the numbers followed. 📈

And the best part? We’re not done yet. Pretty sure these numbers are going to keep climbing. 🚀⚾️

If you’re serious about developing and ready to actually follow a plan, DM me.

Results don’t happen by accident.

BASEBALL UNWRITTEN RULES — PT. 2 BAT FLIPS⚾️

Bat flips aren’t the problem… knowing when and how to celebrate is where the conversation starts.

Baseball has changed. There’s more emotion, more personality and I’m all for enjoying big moments. But there’s still a line between celebrating with your team and disrespecting the other side.

Old school says: act like you’ve been there before.
New school says: let the kids play.

I think there’s room for both👀

Where do you stand on bat flips — good for the game or getting out of hand?

👇 I want to hear both sides.

75 → 86 MPH. +11 MPH this offseason. 📈

The number is the result. The work behind it is what matters.

Here we’re cleaning up how he sits into the back hip, controls his move forward and creates a better position to rotate from.

When the body is in a stronger position, you give yourself a much better chance to transfer force into the ball.

Small adjustments. A lot of reps. Real progress.

Don’t just chase exit velocity — build a swing that produces it. ⚾️💥

If you’re looking to make real changes to your swing this offseason, DM us “HITTING.” by @andresfernandez_

Can you rotate hard without your swing falling apart? 👀

That’s what this drill is really testing.

Taking the stride away forces you to create power from a controlled position. Stand up, get the hips underneath you, maintain your posture and rotate through the ball without leaking forward.

Simple drill.
A lot of feedback⚾️

Try it in your next cage session and pay attention to how well you stay connected through contact.

📌 Save this drill and use it to clean up your rotation.
👥 Tag a hitter who needs more control in their swing.

Baseball Unwritten Rules aren’t about blindly following tradition — they’re about understanding the game well enough to know when the situation calls for something different. ⚾️🧠

The 3-0 count is a perfect example.

Old-school baseball says one thing. Others may see it differently. The game evolves, players evolve, and approaches evolve with it.

But knowing when to follow an unwritten rule and when to challenge it — starts with understanding why it exists in the first place.

That’s how players make smarter decisions, not just more aggressive ones.
