🗣️This Men’s Mental Health Awareness remember: MEN NEED TO BE HEARD TOO!! 👏👏👏 Many good men carry stress, loneliness, disappointment, and pain quietly because they’ve been taught to be strong. Appreciate the good men around you! Check on them. LISTEN to them. Remind them that their feelings are valid and their well-being matters. #men #mensmentalhealthawareness #matters by @andrew.aragon.108
Stop Blaming Others It’s easy to blame traffic for being late. It’s easy to blame your ex for your broken relationship. It’s easy to blame your former boss for your loss of job. It’s easy to blame your supervisor for not graduating. Blaming people is easy. But when you lift the responsibility over your shoulders, you’ll never solve your problems. If you want to make progress, take full responsibility for your life. Shifting blames for our mistakes is a defense mechanism for weak people. Secure people own up their mistakes. Blame-game is contagious – when you point fingers at others, they point back at you. No one is responsible for your choices. Your partner, your choice. Your career, your choice. Your debts, your choice. Your words, your choice. Your actions, your choice. Make better choices today. Someone can be mean to you – but you are still responsible for your words and actions. No one is responsible for how you manage your emotions. Blaming others is a sign of low self-esteem. People blame others to help excuse their own actions. If you want to succeed in this life, learn from your downfalls. Never place blame on others. Blame-game is a self-destructive habit #be #accountable #reals #though #our choices by @andrew.aragon.108
The Unstoppable Flow of Time. 🕊️ Most people spend their lives waiting for the "perfect" moment to heal, or for an apology that may never come, thinking their world has stopped because of a setback. The truth is, the world doesn’t pause for your pain or your hesitation. The sun will rise, the seasons will change, and the clock will keep ticking whether you are ready or not. If you stay stuck in a moment that has already passed, you aren't just losing your past—you are actively wasting your future. "Life goes on" isn't a cold statement; it’s a powerful reminder that you are still here, and as long as there is breath in your lungs, there is a chance for a new beginning. You have survived 100% of your hardest days. The chair may be empty, the situation may have changed, but your story is still being written. Stop waiting for the closure that others didn't give you. Find closure in the fact that you are still standing and that tomorrow is a brand-new opportunity. Strength isn't just about fighting; sometimes it’s about the quiet realization that you must keep moving forward, even if you have start small #WisePath#Resilience #LifeGoesOn #MindsetMatters 💪✨ by @andrew.aragon.108
THE IMPORTANCE OF CHOOSING QUALITY OVER QUANTITY In the journey of life and in the pursuit of success, a fundamental principle to embrace is the unwavering commitment to prioritise quality over quantity. This concept resonates profoundly in various aspects of our lives, reminding us that true value lies not in accumulation, but in the richness of our experiences and the significance of our choices. When considering the metaphorical comparison between a diamond and mere stones, it becomes clear that a single diamond carries inherent worth that far exceeds that of numerous ordinary stones. The brilliance, clarity, and rarity of a diamond symbolise the distinctive qualities that can arise when we focus on what truly matters. This translates into our personal and professional endeavours, as the impact we create and the meaning we derive from our actions take precedence over mere numerical success. It is essential to recognise that value is not measured through the sheer volume of our achievements or possessions. Rather, it lies in the depth of our experiences, the strength of our relationships, and the lasting influence we have on the lives of others. This brings forth the necessity of making conscious and thoughtful decisions choosing wisely what we devote our time, energy, and resources to. Selecting quality in our pursuits fosters a more fulfilling and purposeful existence. In conclusion, as we navigate through the complexities of modern life, let us be guided by the principle of valuing quality over quantity. By doing so, we cultivate a life that is not defined by the number of possessions we amass or the accolades we receive, but by the profound impact we make, the meaningful connections we forge, and the legacy we leave behind. EMBRACE THIS WISDOM AS YOU STRIVE TOWARD YOUR GOALS REMEMBER THAT A SINGLE, MEANINGFUL EFFORT HAS A MORE LASTING IMPACT THAN COUNTLESS EMPTY ENDEAVORS. LET THIS MOTIVATION DRIVE YOU TO SEEK OUT THE DIAMONDS IN YOUR LIFE, AND REALIZE THAT TRUE SUCCESS IS FOUND IN THE QUALITY OF YOUR JOURNEY AND THE DEPTH OF YOUR EXPERIENCE. ALWAYS STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE AND REFLECT ON THE SIGNIFICANCE OF YOUR CHOICES #friends #loveones #lifeisgood by @andrew.aragon.108
Intimacy isn’t just about the physical act of being close to someone. It’s deeper than that. It’s about allowing someone to see you fully emotionally, mentally, and yes, physically too, but not just for the sake of pleasure. It’s about comfort, safety, trust. The kind of trust where you don’t need to pretend or hide anything. You can be vulnerable, raw, even messy, and still feel wanted. It’s in the way you look at each other when no one else is around. In how you listen, how you remember small details they thought you’d forget. It’s feeling their presence even when they’re not touching you. Sometimes it’s the quietest moments lying next to each other, sharing slow breaths, or holding hands in the dark where the deepest connection is felt. The sensual part of intimacy isn't just in sex. It's in the buildup. The eye contact that lasts a second too long. The way their hand lingers on your lower back. The soft, casual touch that feels anything but accidental. It’s knowing their body but also understanding their mind what excites them, what calms them, what scares them. True intimacy is when physical closeness becomes a natural extension of emotional closeness. It’s not rushed. It doesn’t need to be loud or dramatic. It’s slow, intentional, and full of meaning. It’s when your touch says, “I know you. I want all of you.” And the other person doesn’t flinch they open up more. That kind of connection leaves an impression. It doesn’t just satisfy a need. It stays with you in your thoughts, your body, your memory. Because it’s not about the act itself. It’s about who you were with, how they made you feel, and what you allowed each other to share. #intimate #intimacy #connections #questions #deepconnections by @andrew.aragon.108
No regrets in life, just lessons learned. Every step, stumble, and setback shapes who you become. What felt like failure was really feedback, guiding you toward growth. Pain teaches strength, mistakes build wisdom, and challenges unlock resilience. Life isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress, courage, and showing up again with a wiser heart. When you stop regretting and start reflecting, you reclaim your power. Each lesson refines your purpose, sharpens your vision, and prepares you for better days. Honor your journey, trust the process, and keep moving forward with gratitude, grit, and belief in yourself—every single step counts always. #NoRegrets #LessonsLearned #GrowthMindset #LifeQuotes #MotivationDaily SelfGrowth PositiveVibes KeepGoing MindsetMatters Inspiration by @andrew.aragon.108

Don’t force your way into someone’s life. Time, love, attention, and consistency are never meant to be begged for. If someone truly values you, you won’t have to remind them to show up. They’ll make the effort—willingly, naturally. Choose people who choose you without being asked. Because real care doesn’t need convincing. #foodforthought💭💡⏳ by @andrew.aragon.108
Opinion is really the lowest form of human knowledge. It requires no accountability, no understanding. The highest form of knowledge is...empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound purpose larger than the self kind of understanding." #factsoverfeelings💯 by @andrew.aragon.108
Happiness is not a destination, but a choice we make each day. It's about shifting our perspective, embracing gratitude, and choosing to focus on the positive even when life presents challenges. We can't always control our circumstances, but we can control how we respond to them. By consciously choosing joy, we align ourselves with the energy of growth and peace. Happiness is within reach, rooted in our ability to choose how we see the world and ourselves. #happiness #destination #choice by @andrew.aragon.108
