POSTS STORIES REELS

It’s men’s group season.

Who’s ready?

Your soul is. That’s who.

All joking aside, there are more than a few issues in the world that weigh on guys who care about making a good impact.

Connecting with others who share an orientation toward depth, along with practice and guided conversation helps guys cultivate the capacity to build meaningful lives.

I do this because I love it, and because the guys who take part make changes in their home life, their work and their communities that they’re proud of.

If you’re into it, let’s connect.

Don’t ever stop looking for beauty. It’s there in the commutes, the errands, the routine, and the wtf moments.
Sometimes I brace for my trips into “the city” and then I remember I have friends there.
If you’re trying to make sense of the human world right now, bless you. And make sure you also give yourself a minute to be pointlessly fascinated by birds and sunsets. 🤍

Porch Talks + Tea + Butterfly
Ever notice when trying to be more feminine or masculine becomes a mask? 🎭
One of the pitfalls of a polarity practice is trying to get to some ideal of masculinity or femininity when the point is to find what works for you as a person or couple.

This was us in Alaska - all the coziness and nature-soaked soulfulness.

We got to do some daydreaming and heartstorming about how we want to serve while we are here.

We are creating some beautiful opportunities for couples to come together and nourish their relationships.

That nourishment ripples out - to the children, the friendships, the community, the society.

I’ve seen how having deep safety, support, trust, and attraction ever present with Andrew has allowed me to take more risks, receive more, and take delight in the mundane moments that make up our life together.

Our next DATE NIGHT is Thursday October 22 at @wild_qi_ . Link in bio for more info and to register. by @andrew.griffes

Alaskan Autumn 🍂🌲🍄
The primordial aliveness of the forests and glaciers @erin_rose_ward and I explored there touched something deep in both of us. We’re nature creatures ordinarily, but feeling the pulse of big seasons and intricate ecosystems there inspired us to double down on our impulse to spend time in the wild places.

Hope you’re getting some time with all the growing things where you are 🪶🤍 by @andrew.griffes

Date Night, the couples event we host takes intensive preparation, but we hold nothing back.

Exploring Alaska. The power of the elements here is like few places I’ve ever been. Grateful for some days here with my beloved to wander, scramble, drink tea and wear sweaters.

Let’s face it, we all try to turn our partner into ourselves sometimes. “If only they’d just do it my way…” But it has a cost, it takes effort trying to manage them, and we miss out on getting to relate to this other brilliant/imperfect being 🤍☯️
