OK, so it’s not actually happening at sunset, but I love this picture! Outside Harbor Mart at Portside, free for you and yours. by @andrew_sherbrooke
Yet another orchestral piece! This one is called "Royal Flush" and was envisioned as underscore for a casino heist, with some very smooth looking con men. #orchestral #originalmusic #heistmusic by @andrew_sherbrooke
This is “Dance of the Macabre Toys,” from my latest orchestral recording session. 🎻. I was able to compose this and then hear it brought to life with a 40-piece orchestral string section. So exciting to do... Spooky toys in the attic, coming to life. #FilmComposer #FilmMusic #OrchestralMusic #Composer #Orchestration #LiveOrchestra #RecordingSession #OriginalMusic #CinematicMusic #BehindTheScenes by @andrew_sherbrooke

Another tiny world from Liminal Key Studio. 🪨🧣 Rocks with Scarves — a new short film about the rich inner life of ... well, rocks. 🎨 Animation: Alexis St. John 🎵 Music & sound: Andrew Sherbrooke Made with assorted rocks, scarves, drawings, photographs, music, and an entirely reasonable amount of imagination. #LiminalKeyStudio #RocksWithScarves #Animation #AnimatedShort #ShortFilm #IndieAnimation #HandmadeAnimation #MixedMediaAnimation #OriginalMusic #FilmMusic #WhimsicalArt #SurrealArt by @andrew_sherbrooke
On Wednesday i’ll be participating in my second ever orchestral recording session, having two of my compositions played by a 60+ piece orchestra! Fingers crossed. My fingers I mean, not the players’, hopefully. by @andrew_sherbrooke

Here's an exciting thing - this film I worked on with the quite excellent director (and all-around cool human being) @adamemnon has been submitted to Sundance! 🎞 by @andrew_sherbrooke
A lovely piece of music that involves some serious mistreatment of an acoustic guitar. #extendedtechniques, #filmmusic, #originalmusic, #ishouldgetoutsidemore 😂 by @andrew_sherbrooke
Here's a highlight from my film scoring Master's program - I composed and orchestrated this piece and had it performed by a 59-piece orchestra! It's called "Hero's Journey" 🎻🎞🎉 by @andrew_sherbrooke
I had a great time at the 2026 NAMM show @thenammshow - one of the highlights was seeing the amazing, generous, and collaborative work being done by @midiassociation on the next gen of MIDI. Great to see a lot of friends and colleagues there, too! 🎸🎹💓 by @andrew_sherbrooke
