Seroja turns 4 today! Photos from 4 years ago feels not too long ago. I still remember coming to check on the site every single day, sometimes twice a day. Making sure everything went to how it was suppose to be. We did the opening menu R&D in my 2 room rented flat. So much have changed over these years. It sometimes feel surreal, of how much I have learned over these period. Everything happens so quickly and sometimes we forget to reflect. I am truly grateful for the support and hardwork of the team past and present & my supportive family. Here's to many more. Kevin by @andrewoou

Staff meal series goes to Singapore! We paid a visit to @seroja.sg to see what @kevinwongxx @andrewoou and the team were cooking up for family meal. On the menu was duck char siu Tsukemen, inspired by one of Kevin’s favourite spots in Japan where the Japanese noodle is given an Italian spin, made with a rich tomato bonito dipping broth and eaten with pesto. As an accompaniment, homemade inari, salad, and matcha and red bean opera cake. #TatlerDiningMY #TatlerTastes by @andrewoou
On a rainy day after lunch in Hangzhou, as we took our stroll in the Botanical garden under the rain. After taking gazillions photos of me pretending I’m in Totoro animation. Rain got heavier, gallbladder got fuller, my steps to search for a place to relief got faster. We decided that it was time for our next adventure. I’ve never imagine how it’s gonna be like, thank you for making it felt like us. Thank you friends and family that had kept this secret for a year and for telling us to took the effort to take nice photos. We would’ve ignored it and regretted not doing so. Blessed with some sunny days in Shanghai too 🤎🤍💍 by @andrewoou
A superb meal at @seroja.sg by talented young chef @kevinwongxx! Opened in 2022, the restaurant pays tribute to the chef’s Malaysian roots using locally sourced produce from Singapore and Malaysia. The dishes were super creative and unique with punchy flavors that were artfully balanced. Stand outs included the hearty braised beef tripe in chicken broth, delicious roti paung with milk butter, and the brilliant betel leaf noodle with ulam dressing. No wonder it’s quickly rising through the ranks including entering the 2023 Asia’s 50 Best as the highest new entry - Seroja is simply a must-try in Singapore. The menu: SMALL BITES - Fish floss with raita & mint - Blue swimmer crab with potato begedil tarlette - Slow-cooked octopus with shrimp sambal in sesame pie tee FROM THE FARM - Marinated spot prawn with asam pedas sauce FROM THE LAND - Braised beef tripe & cheek with rice ball in chicken broth - Roti paung with johorean milk butter FROM THE SEA - Silver pomfret & jade abalone with roasted tapai sauce - Mangrove wood charred blue lobster with laksa leaf sauce FROM THE MANGROVE - Betel leaf noodle with ulam dressing & mudcrab TRADITION - Roasted duck percik from Bidor with rawon sauce & sia rice CHILDHOOD MEMORIES - Wild basil sorbet on pineapple granita with lychee & bandung pearls SWEET TREAT - White and black sesame muah chee - Honeycomb kuen - Borneo raw sugar bahulu - Banana cashew nut tart • 1*, Seroja Singapore #supermelSG by @andrewoou
