There are 5 pillars of wellness…
Movement is one of them.

When I was at my wellness retreat, we moved every day. We did yoga and mobility workouts. @britnijustine led our strength training. We did what our bodies were designed to do: move! And I LOVED all of it 🥰

You guys, I have GREAT NEWS 🙌🏽
@andwhynotadventures is coming to LA in September and October to do pop-up wellness events 🤗 so if you have not already, go and follow to stay informed about when and where because chances are, I just maybe might be there 😉 by @andwhynotadventures

You could hear the music.
You could hear the water.
You could feel the breeze.

And somehow...
it felt like the whole earth was breathing with us.

Some moments don't change your life because they're loud.

They change it because they remind you who you are.

The evening started with everyone gathered around a beautifully set table in the middle of the jungle, sharing the first dinner of @andwhynotadventures retreat at @tulili_tulum.

@tayelorkennedy, our local private chef, prepared a nourishing meal and everything about the setting felt warm, intimate and intentional..

Then suddenly, the whole atmosphere changed...

Fire dancers appeared, moving through the night with powerful energy, beautiful costumes and flames lighting up the entire space. What had started as a peaceful dinner turned into something completely unexpected.

You could feel the excitement around the table...everyone fully present, taking in the moment, surprised by what was unfolding in front of them ✨

Those are the moments I love capturing most.

The moments no one expects, where everything feels real, alive and impossible to recreate 📸💫

Because in the end, photography is about preserving exactly that, the feeling of being there 👀

More photos coming soon.
