POSTS STORIES REELS

Checking in on the mind, and not just the kilometers—because behind the smile and the ride, it's okay to not be okay.
Start the conversation and break the silence around men's mental health this Movember.
Start the conversation because struggling in silence around mental health sucks.
Start the conversation because mental health matters every single day.
Reach out to your mates, you never know who might need an ear.

There is a link in my bio to donate to this amazing cause, and for every dollar that is donated, I'll commit to cycling 1km. For every follow from this reel, I'll commit to cycling 5km. And for every action on this reel, (likes, comments, reposts...) I'll also commit to cycling and additional 0.1km.

Together, let's change the face of Men's health.

Checking in on your friends isn’t a one-time thing—and sometimes, the ones saying 'I'm good' are pushing you away because they don't know how to ask for help.

We’re conditioned to play it cool, deflect, and act like everything is under control. But real strength is having the courage to open up—and having the persistence to keep showing up for a brother who's hurting.

Break the stigma. Keep checking in. 🩵

We complain about the small stuff, but forget to address what actually matters.
It’s easy to get lost in the daily grind and feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders when a minor inconvenience ruins your day.
But everyone is fighting silent battles, and no one should face them alone.
This November, let’s flip the script, have the real conversations, and support men's health.
