ONE MILLION subscribers | YouTube Gold Play Button Unboxing with Rob and Ange | Woodward English

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
We finally reached 1,000,000 subscribers on our YouTube channel ➡️ Woodward English.

Ange and I would like to thank EVERYONE who has supported us over the years by watching our videos.
Also, thanks to the MANY English teachers who tell their students to watch our lessons... even if the students do so reluctantly ha ha ha! It helps us a lot!

There are two things that Ange and I have enjoyed the most on this journey:

1. We love reading the comments you make about how we have helped you in some way (either as a teacher OR as a student), that was why we created this YouTube channel... to help others. Yes, we do read EVERY single comment.
2. We have made many friends along the way thanks to their comments and interactions in livestreams.

Again, thank you EVERYONE for supporting us and we hope to continue seeing you in the future!

Rob and Ange

Quick Thought: This makes us one of the largest YouTube channels in New Zealand ... though it is funny that nobody HERE in NZ knows who we are. Then again, in New Zealand there are only about 100 people and a few million sheep ;) ha ha ha!

Orcland FC ⚽️ Football Content Creators in New Zealand
➡️ Rob from New Zealand and Ange from Chile

Rob and Ange from Orcland FC have been creating original content online since 2002. That's right, before Facebook and YouTube even existed. They now have 17 websites, 12 YouTube channels and over 100 million video views (almost all horizontal). They even have a YouTube channel (Woodward English) with over 1 million subscribers.

Rob from Orcland FC represented New Zealand on SHOW DE GOLES, the most popular Football show in Chile (running since 1975 - over 50 years). Show de Goles was a live studio show in Spanish.

Orcland FC Watchalongs LIVE on YouTube - Rob and Ange appear LIVE on YouTube watching a football match with a live chat available. Viewers share their thoughts about that match in real time, just like hanging out with mates in your living room. Football is better when it's a shared experience.

Orcland FC - New Zealand National League content creators. We love going to and highlighting New Zealand national league matches. Ange and Rob like to create awareness about local teams and their talented players, giving them the spotlight they deserve.

OFC Pro League. From Day 1, Rob and Ange have supported the new OFC Pro League, helping create more awareness about the teams, players and matches via our online content and watchalongs. We strongly believe that this new Pro League is a great pathway for players throughout The Pacific.

New Zealand National Football Team Content Creators. Whenever one of the New Zealand national football teams play (All Whites or the Football Ferns), we are there supporting with passion, either at the stadium or during one of our livestreams.

LA ROJA Supporters in New Zealand. Living in Chile, as well as here in New Zealand, we’ve always been passionate supporters of La Roja (the name of the Chilean National Football team). We also create awareness about South American Leagues and Cups, including La Copa Libertadores.

Rob and Ange from Orcland FC have been season members of Auckland FC since day 1.

New Zealand GOALS Reactions ⚽️ NZ vs IRAN 🏆 FIFA World Cup 2026 | REACT de Goles de Nueva Zelanda
These are Rob and Ange's live reactions of both New Zealand Goals during the 🏆 FIFA World Cup 2026 match between New Zealand vs. Iran.
Yes, you will notice the audio becomes quite weird as the microphone couldn't handle our passion!
@newzealandfootball @nzallwhites
This happened when Rob (New Zealand) and Ange (Chile) from Orcland FC held a LIVE watchalong for the game, hanging out with people from all around the world in the chat.

What exactly are the Orcland FC LIVE Watch Parties & Watchalongs?
Rob and Ange appear LIVE on YouTube watching a football match with a live chat available for everyone to interact in. Viewers can share their thoughts about that match in real time. We love interacting with these live chat comments from football fans from around the world while also sharing our own passion with everyone.

Football is better when it’s a shared experience. And, in case there is anyone watching the game by themselves, we’ll be there accompanying you!

We’d love to have you join us with your own banter, and since we will be watching the game and reading the comments live … ANYTHING can happen!

NOTE: We never show the actual match on our screen as we respect the rights of the official broadcasters. We watch the game on our screen (without showing it) and you watch it at the same time on yours and then we just interact in real time in the live chat.

We made it onto the FIFA highlights | Chile vs Cabo Verde | Chilean Football Fans | Orcland FC
Rob and Ange can now say they have officially appeared in a FIFA highlights reel. Yes, this was at the FIFA Series 2026 match between Chile and Cabo Verde held at Eden Park, Auckland, New Zealand.
No, it wasn't because of our amazing football skills. It was right at the beginning after the players had come out of the tunnel, grabbed the ball, the cameraman picked us out from the crowd and of course, the rest is history.
I had seen this clip so many times before sharing it here, not because of Rob and Ange's kiss, but Daniel "goat" reaction ... perfect timing! Just thinking about it makes me laugh. Yes, our family is crazy!

A FIFA series has been held in Auckland, New Zealand during the March international break. The four participating teams are:
🇳🇿 New Zealand
🇨🇱 Chile
🇫🇮 Finland
🇨🇻 Cabo Verde

We were at both matches on the first day to watch:
🇨🇱 Chile vs. Cabo Verde 🇨🇻
🇳🇿 New Zealand vs. Finland 🇫🇮
