An anthem I wrote for healing our connection with creation. We sang it together at the womb end voice and won healing workshop at @barefootandfreeyoga mini fest last weekend. ☀️🌙 🌎 🌹

I’ll love you forever
I’ll like you for always
As long as I’m living
My baby you’ll be
~Robert Munsch

I will soak up moments like this for as long as I possibly can, even once he is bigger than me (like next year) ✨💗🙏🏻

Kylie insisted on coming with me to plunge this morning 😍 it turns out she only wanted to show up to laugh at me 🤨😂

I stayed in for 3:37 today. The winter wonderland outside made it more magical and no one had to dig their car out of the snow, wins all around 🙌🏻

This video was captured by @inspiredbymovement who can take better pictures being nowhere near her camera than I can with one in my hand.

Koseling (koosh•lee | adjective | Norwegian)

A feeling of deep contentment, provided by a person, place, or atmosphere; experiencing happiness and personal well-being through a combination of nature, companionship and coziness.

aka, how I feel every time I step into these woods 🥰🧘🏻‍♀️💃🏻

After yesterday’s experience, I wanted to go again so I asked @angela.foreveryoung if she would join me this morning. I have never felt so calm and present … and yet time was moving so fast that 13:49 minutes of sitting with the cold felt like nothing. It’s amazing what you are capable of when you get out of your way. This is such an incredible tool.

What I thought I’d find by going to yoga:
a quiet hour away from my then infant and toddlers 🤪😴

What I actually found by going to yoga:
the confidence to know that I can handle anything life throws at me, even while standing on one foot with both hands behind my back 💪🏻☺️

What could you find by going to yoga?

My friend, @bethjamesyoga is giving away FREE passes to two yoga festivals in 2023. These events are the perfect chance to try something new that may just change your life. ✨💜

All you need to do is nominate someone you know who would love the opportunity to learn new things, meet new people, and enjoy some fun and relaxation. Or have someone nominate you 😉 The winner will be chosen tomorrow, so nominate today. @barefootandfreeyoga

On the list of things I never thought I could do, skiing was at the top. So glad I gave it a shot because it’s the best 💜🔥❄️☀️ by @angela.foreveryoung
