Elite athlete nutrition 😭 Trust me.

One minute I’m talking about carbs, protein, and recovery… the next I’m eating whatever looks good because I “earned it.”

Be honest… what’s the first thing you’re craving after a long run?

If you break it down, it’s just:5K warm-up10K at race pace5K cool down…and 1K to take it all in

Sounds easy, right? 😭

Funny how your brain can make 21K feel simple… until you’re actually out there doing it.

Be honest — does this logic work on you?

It’s what it is, I still enjoy it. Thanks to everyone who supports me. I genuinely love helping you out.

Not gonna lie, I really miss running. 😭

Watching everyone else get their miles in while I’m trying to be patient is a different kind of struggle.

I know recovery is part of the process, but can we please fast-forward to the part where I’m running again?

Injured runners, how are we holding up?

People really said, “Running is one of the cheapest sports.” 😭

Now somehow I own multiple pairs of shoes, buy gels like they’re groceries, and get excited over electrolyte sales.

I guess we all have that one expensive hobby.

What’s the running purchase you definitely didn’t need... but bought anyway?

Always moving, always carrying a little bit of everything.

Work, coffee stops, training, errands… most days are a mix of all of it. Lately, the Motion Backpack Pro from @cinomadist has been my go-to because it keeps everything I need in one place without making the day feel more complicated.

Laptop, tech, everyday essentials — packed and ready to move.

Use code ANGELO15 for 15% off.

What’s one thing you always carry with you?

Last race of the year.

What a year! Injuries, setbacks, and lots of doubts made this one challenging, both mentally and physically.

No PB today, but just 3 seconds away from my personal best (1:35:00). And honestly, I couldn’t be happier!

Life doesn’t always go as planned, but it’s how we handle those setbacks that shows what we’re made of.

Now it’s time to recover, rebuild, and keep getting better. Brick by brick.

Big THANK YOU to everyone who’s supported me along the way. Your messages and encouragement mean more than you know. You’re part of this too!

Not the year I planned, but one I’m proud of.

Toronto, it’s always a pleasure running your streets.

At some point running stopped being exercise and became a coping strategy 😭

Bad day? Run.

Overthinking? Run.

Life getting a little too life-y? Apparently we’re doing 15K.

Healthy coping mechanism or am I just avoiding my problems with better cardio?

Tell me I’m not the only one.

I’ve been buying carbon-plated shoes, electrolytes, gels, following training plans and pretending my recovery actually matters…

Wiz shows up a few weeks ago and starts cooking me. 😭

I’m starting to think running might not be my sport.

Any suggestions for my next hobby?

Sometimes I wonder what happened to the Angelo who used to think getting home at 6 AM was a successful Saturday. 😭

Now I’m excited to wake up at 6 AM, run for two hours, get breakfast, and be home before half the city wakes up.

Character development, I guess.

What happened to us? 😂

I can’t be the only one who thinks, “You know what would make me feel better? Running for two hours.” 😭 Please tell me this is normal runner behavior.

Anyone else or just me?

Be honest… which one got you into running, and am I wrong? 😭

Tell me your reason.
